She communicated with me by email, put me so at ease about having toreschedule, and overall was so nice and helpful, the cake came out beautiful and I couldn?t thank Teresa enough for being sosweet! I’m dasher door. I should pick up delivery about 7:42 pm, but was late about 8:05 pm. I was waiting for 20 minutes inside. I lost my work time. Horrible service this store!!!

The staff at the counter were quite inefficient. I waited for 30 minutes and my order was still not completed. Several customers came in and left while I was waiting. Eventually, I gave up and left without my order. View menu

This carvel is excellent. The location is great and the people are friendly. We especially like the Wednesday night promotion buy on get one free sundaes. It is a very clean location and the girls here work really hard. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This has become my new favorite Carvel! The girls behind the counter were incredibly sweet and very helpful. I enjoyed the top-quality ice cream that I’ve come to expect from Carvel. The floors were so clean that I could have probably eaten off them, haha!
