Casa Caliente - Menu

We had our office Christmas dinner here last week. Unfortunately, the seating arrangement was a bit cramped for our group, but the waitress was very accommodating in trying to make the best of the situation.

We bought a coupon package for Casa Caliente from some high school students raising money for their football team. Although we had visited the restaurant several times in the past, we hadn't been there in years.

Best Mexican restaurant in H. Ranch! I absolutely love this place! The breakfast burritos are incredible! On Sundays, they offer an all-you-can-eat buffet with unlimited mimosas for just $13! The chips and three dips are fantastic. I highly recommend this spot! View menu

Loved it!!!. We had dinner here for the 1st time. The food and service are wonderful. Everything is very fresh and homemade. Homemade chips, tortillas and taco shells. The guacamole was incredible, big chunks of avocado. The owner really takes pride in the restaurant. We took home enough left overs for another dinner.

Celebrated my husband's SURPRISE 60th Birthday party at Casa Calliente. What a great location. Perfect setting!!! The room was just right for 20ish people. The food was fantastic. The service was superior. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks so much for helping me give my husband a wonderful 60th Birthday!!!

However, I did have a couple of minor complaints. Our waiter consistently referred to us and the other diners as "guys," which felt somewhat impersonal. The restaurant itself is quite nice, though it could benefit from a bit more decoration—perhaps some plants or colorful vases to liven up the atmosphere. This is the best hidden gem for Mexican cuisine! I first took my son to Casa Caliente and we loved it. Then, I brought a friend from the city to enjoy some margaritas and appetizers. I have to say, the food is fantastic! The owner came out to chat with us and treated us to a few samples of his delicious black beans and green chili, which were absolutely amazing! I really believe in supporting local small businesses, and this is one we need to keep in our community. I can’t wait to bring the whole family here!

It was affordable and good. I and my wife went away from the kids this night. And I was not dissapointed, as I was a former waiter myself, I saw some conditions, but on the contrary of most Highlands Ranch restorers I saw real soul behind the staff. the margaritas, made by very young looking man, were absolutelyley great, up to the point where I recomend he will be given more opportunity and opportunity, as his aid was only hindered by the desire of a managment staff. In the end, I will admit a maturity in the resturant itself, but it seems to be on the way where it will do everything to make your experience better

The Best Green Chile!. Casa Caliente 's menu has a couple bests in the Denver area... “Tony’s Famous Green Chile” is the best I’ve had anywhere. Unlike the typical cornstarch thickened gravy style green chile elsewhere, Tony’s Famous has a delicious broth with chucks of tender melt-in-the-mouth pork chunks and green chilis--outstanding! Casa Caliente’s Breakfast Burritos are impressive—large selection of fillings (bacon, chorizo, shredded chicken or beef, green chile pork chunks) with eggs, potato cheese. Excellent flavor and value!
