Casey's - Menu

Mainly I love this location because it is very close to my house. It has all your typical gas station fare, so I can't see how I can dock it any stars. Offers food as well and their Pizza is pretty good

I usually don’t write reviews, but the customer service I experienced here was the worst I've ever encountered at a gas station. The older gentleman with gray hair and glasses didn’t smile or say a word—he was completely unhelpful when my debit card chip wasn’t being read by their machines. I ended up taking my items to another station.

So tired of coming in here in the morning before work and getting side eyed and being disrespected for being BLACK by this older CAUCASIAN woman. I?m a local a hard working Man OH AND AMERICAN since that?s what they like to hear so much here in Missouri..I shouldn?t get treatment like such EVER..I?ll never get gas here again. I?ll miss the pizza and donuts but the hell with this establishment..DO BETTER View menu

When I come back to Springfield, I always have to stop here. I was raised in a town who 's only store was a Casey 's, so I 'm very partial to their food. The pizza is BOMB. Like really though, dynamite. The cookies make me feel like I 've tasted a small piece of heaven, if heaven had a taste. This specific store is on my list because the employees generally rock. It must be on the application, one must know how to rock ones sock off before applying ! Love.

Pay at the pump is screwed up , the dopey thing kept asking for membership card number I'm not a member and declining the transaction since I wouldn't enter my phone number . Listen , I already entered my zip code, that's all you're getting . I gaveup after six failed attempts and went to Flying J. Over complicated mess at the pump , and I noticed several other customers atthe pumps struggling to make a invasive interogatory work. Fix it , Casey , nobody got time for a twenty question quiz.

The staff is friendly, but this restaurant has declined in quality since 2022. They are consistently understaffed and the soda fountains are often missing products. The Powerade used to be carbonated for some reason, but now it's just water. The pizza in the hot cabinet always looks dry and seems to have been sitting there for hours past its pull time. Some of the staff are terrible, while others are not so bad. Overall, the restaurant has gone from being great to falling apart in the last 2 years. View menu

The pump number is unresponsive, and the attendant keeps asking for a member card number. I'm not a member, and the transaction fails because I refuse to provide my phone number. I've entered my postcode, and that's all the information I'm willing to give. After six unsuccessful attempts, I gave up and went to Flying J instead. The process at the pump is overly complicated, and I noticed several other customers struggling with the same invasive questioning. Seriously, no one has time for a twenty-question interrogation.

This is my go-to place! My friend’s son works there, and he's always genuinely ready to help with whatever you need. Tasha, who works the third shift, is absolutely delightful—never short on conversation. The staff is efficient, getting you in and out quickly while always making sure to greet you and send you on your way with a smile. It's my favorite spot, and I often stay longer than I should, demanding a bit more attention than usual, but they don’t mind at all. They just let me be myself and smile while I do it. I give it 5 stars—definitely the best gas station in town!

Visiting from out of town and stopped by to try and buy cigarettes. Was told that because my ID is not a drivers license and from out of state they can not sell to me. So basically Casey's doesn't want to sell goods to people who don't live in their community?! This is after selling to me two days ago and last week. When I told the person behind the counter this ifo she fallowed with it's a new policy. I and my family in the area will no longer be going to Casey's. Which is sad because we normally there at least 4-5 times a week. Kim and go had no problem with my out of state ID. View menu
