"TL;DR Really good food, cool atmosphere. On the pricey side, especially considering no drinks come with the buffet (at the base price). Will probably go back again, but most likely for a special occasion, not just a normal Saturday brunch. Atmosphere: I think the new East Village area has a lot of potential, just based on the initial offering of Cathead 's Diner. The atmosphere is cool and rustic, and fits perfectly in the old meets new vibe I think they 're going for in the EV. It does get a little loud in there, mostly because there aren 't many soft surfaces to absorb all the sounds. Food: The food was delicious. I had brisket, cheese grits, cooked carrots, pecan pie, a maple bacon donut, and a butter pecan glazed donut. My wife had shrimp and grits, smoked sausage, green beans, fried chicken tenders, and a creme brulee donut. Daughter had a waffle with whipped creme and chocolate chips, bacon, a biscuit, and a cookies and cream donut. We were all quite satisfied with our selections, but too full to go for another round to try others. Apart from the items we chose, there was also pulled pork, donut bread French toast (yep), greens, salads, fruit, cakes, a few types of gravy (for the biscuits, I guess), and lots of other donut flavors and desserts. I don 't know if the menu rotates, but it seems like the kind of place that would do that. Drinks: We only had water, juice, soft drinks, and an espresso, but the drinks menu (front and back) had LOTS of cocktails to choose from. Service: The service was ok, not spectacular. We did have to reach out to our server for refills, rather than her checking on us regularly. Everyone was nice though, and the servers in the buffet line we 're patient and friendly. Price: On the high side, especially if you only go through the line once. There are a couple of buffet bundle options that include drinks, but the base buffet price was $22.50 when we went. The bundles are, of course, more. I think we 'll go back, but considering the price it would be for a special occasion, or maybe when people from out of town are with us."

Second stop on the bike tour with Rock Town River Outfitters. The frozen mimoses and the grottos were amazing. Filled with half a grapefruit. Very good for a Sunday morning. Family friendly place with indoor and outdoor seating. Definitely a must to visit.

Maybe we caught them on an off day. But the food was just okay, especially at that price. Brunch for 2 with 2 sweat teas was $50. And it was very noisy and had to almost yell your order. I've had better for less. But, if your looking for something different, might want to give them a consideration. View menu

Neat old redone factory space...big service with high style south classic. Sunday is only Brunch offered. I had a good beef brisket, a fried ckn breast (was not in the mood for fried, only pulled from the skin, beautiful moist non-fat contrast underneath). Also had really good greens, half a really delicate biscuit with Gravy and other goodies My drink was a frozen Moimosa major right. We didn't have to go back to the line when my husband wanted a sliver of pecan pie, it looked so good, I also asked for some. Delicious, desserts on tuna plates, quirky decor, which is still raised, with funny characters going into the reatrooms. will definitely go back

Ok... “All you can eat brunch” and they have cocktails Mimosas. I mean really, when was the last time you went to a cafeteria style, family friendly buffet and had a **** Mary? Well, it was a first for me. Open dining hall in the newly renovated “paint factory”. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The menu changes on a regular basis. The offerings today included pulled pork, chicken tenders and greens to go along with the usual breakfast options. And of course they had awesome biscuits with your choice of white or “chocolate” gravy. Everything was very good, but they do have an opportunity to improve their freshly prepared eggs. I suggest perhaps a separate “station” or table. I ordered e...

Wow, where are you starting? Everything is absolutely delicious. I decided to focus on my favs instead of charging a little of everything. They serve donuts to the males waiting in line, and freshly baked cinnamon rolls to sit the cartridges as they come out of the oven. I actually wanted to take pictures of my prepared record. I inhaled it so fast, I had to take pictures of my child's plates because they eat much slower. I would definitely get the frozen mimose with my meal. It's wildly refreshing. Update: 8.18.18 When I fought with the girls for brunch, the food was just as fabulous as the first time I denied at the facility. On Saturday they had smoked ribs and shrimps. I never had shrimp...
