"We called at 3 pm to place an order to pick up at 6 and we got there at 5:50 to pick it up and when my husband went in to pick it up they told him it would be a few more minutes and twenty minutes later my husband was still in the restaurant so I went in and asked the lady, Cassidy, what was going on because we had an event to be at at 630 and at this time it was 620 and she said that they gave our pizza to someone else and I asked her for a discount and she said no and then I asked her for her manager and she said that she wasn't there and I asked her for her manager's number and she didn't want to give it to me but finally did. I will be calling tomorrow."

Pizza is always good. I called to try to get an update on my pizza and I understand people are training but managers don't have to be rude whenever they pick up the phone. Manager had a real snot attitude when talking. View menu

This location is incredibly disappointing. The customer service here is the worst I've ever encountered, both over the phone and in person—I'd give it a zero-star rating if I could. The only positive aspect is the name Cecil Whittaker’s on the building.

I called back to question the price, but the woman on the phone was very rude. She was unfriendly from the start when I placed my order.
