Very nice buffet. They serve cheviche (what is in the name). It is fish and shrimps in lemon juice. Different kind of vegetables could be added. Should be eaten with chips. I can’t express how much I love this place! We come to SPI every couple of years and will eat here every day for lunch. They just added a Poke bowl place that is also just phenomenal.
