"Our second visit to this gem and we’re afraid it was a fluke the first time was so amazing and delicious we ran back as soon as possible . The food is amazing and friendly service plenty of parking . This time was just as good if not better than the first amazing the sangria was delicious as well and gave us just the right buzz we needed . We hope to become regular visitors!"

"i’ve been here several times, and I’ve never had a complaint. The food is usually delicious and the atmosphere is wonderful. We went there a few nights ago, we were a party of six w/ a bill of abt $500. One of the members of our party asked for steam fish with ginger and garlic. There must’ve been a miscommunication because she was presented with steam fish with soy sauce, which was literally inedible and super bland. we mentioned this to the waiter he basically said there’s nothing I can do about it. The steamed fish was not inedible it was not eaten. we asked the waiter to please not charge us, but he said that was not possible. we asked to talk to the manager. we were basically told we could not talk to the manager and they could not take this off the bill. This was very disappointing as we have been there, many many times, and I’ve always loved the food It was just shocking and poor poor customer service"

"I recently dined at a restaurant located in Great Neck Village, though I am unsure of how long it has been in operation. I had a meeting scheduled for late lunch/early dinner and the organizer chose this establishment. Unfortunately, the service was incredibly slow and odd; we waited for 20 minutes at our booth without anyone coming over to take our drink orders. It was quite bizarre as staff walked by our table multiple times without acknowledging us. Eventually, we had to speak up to get some attention. Despite the slow service, the food was tasty. However, I was put off by the layers of dust packed into the decorative lattice between tables. The sushi chefs were friendly, but overall, I do not think I will be returning to this restaurant in the future."

"Overall, the pizza taste is not bad for the price. However, two out of three times I visited were charged the wrong amount. I don't think this is a mistake. Because the employee who calculated the bill didn't tell me anything until I told him the price was weird. It's a beginner's job that they calculate the wrong total amount. But I've seen them for months and I'm sure they can't make that mistake. It seems deliberate."

"This restaurant is a casual burger joint that serves both meat and vegetarian options, catering to families and younger people on dates. They offer beer and wine and have a small bar area. The staff seemed unaware of online reservations through Open Table. The Brussels Sprouts and Cauliflower appetizer was tasty, but the burgers were just okay. When we asked to change the TV channel to a sports event, we were told they had to keep the kid-friendly shows on due to the presence of children in the restaurant. Overall, this place was nothing special and we do not plan on returning."
