Love this place. Food is always fresh and delicious. Definitely a level above your normal takeout Chinese.

The owners/employees are SO friendly, the food is ALWAYS hot and fresh. Best American-Chinese food in town.

I tried this restaurant for the first time a few weeks ago, and it was fantastic. I went back yesterday, and it was amazing once again. The food is better than other places in the area, and the service is excellent! I definitely plan to return in the near future!

Firstly ; this is the best Chinese food I have ever had. Mr Chen is extremely professional and runs a well oiled machine. We did pickup ; not only was the food incredible the service was out of this world. 10/10 we will be back! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

The Beef Lo Mein was delicious, with tender meat and great spice level options. The dumplings were a bit hard at the edges, but they were still enjoyable. I really appreciated the extremely friendly curbside service, and my food was accurate, hot, and ready at the scheduled time. I'll definitely order again! View menu

The food is delicious and the menu is extensive, but what I especially like is that Chen's is always so clean. Plus the staff is super friendly. While I never order the chop suey, I took a gamble and tried my partner's. the flavor was wonderful and nothing like I remember from childhood! They do a great takeout business.

I like Chens very much, except they have enough meat or fish. I specifically left Moys because he was cheating people from the meat in the courts, so I came to Chens. Now these guys do the same. I'll say no matter what, Chens is very good. But the prices are high enough. Not people from meat or fish or whatever is the core of meal

Exceptional customer service that is both gracious and accommodating! The food is absolutely delightful. I appreciate the variety of spice levels available, along with the absence of MSG and the options for low sodium. They even add extra items upon request. It was a pleasure to receive such care during the Covid pandemic. Truly, some of the best customer service you can find! I mentioned some of my dear friends who make the drive from their church in Milwaukee to Chen's every Thursday evening just to savor the delicious food and fantastic service.
