"The food at this restaurant is good, but my experience with the staff was quite disappointing. I observed what seemed to be discriminatory behavior towards individuals from different cultures. A friend of mine applied for a position there and faced unfair treatment solely because of their nationality, which ultimately hindered their chances in the hiring process. It's disheartening to see people judged based on where they come from, especially in a workplace that should value qualified candidates. I'm puzzled as to why other applicants seem to have smoother experiences while some candidates are given the cold shoulder. This is particularly surprising for a well-known establishment like Chick-fil-A, which champions the idea of teamwork. If that’s the case, why not welcome diversity? I cannot support a company that displays such racist attitudes."

It was two days before Christmas, and the restaurant was crowded. Unfortunately, there was a widespread issue with accepting credit card payments, which made for an unpleasant experience. I stopped by this restaurant for breakfast during my travels and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The food was just what I expect from Chick-fil-A—tasty and consistent with their usual high standards. I was a little surprised that it wasn't busier, but maybe I just happened to visit on a quieter day. I would definitely recommend it!

It's tough not to rate any Chick-fil-A a full 5 stars, but I have to give this one 4 stars based on my service expectations. To be fair, we arrived at the drive-thru during the lunch rush and there were 7 cars ahead of us. We ended up waiting for 22 minutes, which isn't excessively long for many fast-food restaurants, but Chick-fil-A is renowned for its efficiency, speed, and convenience.

This was my first visit, and it will certainly be my last. Although the restaurant was clean and quite busy, I was disappointed with the portion sizes. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich along with an upgraded kale salad, but the salad arrived in a small container that was only a third full, and they refused to give me a larger serving. Furthermore, the chicken in the sandwich was overcooked and it only had half a tomato on it. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience.

However, I have to mention some drawbacks. We've had issues with our drive-thru orders multiple times, with mistakes occurring in 5 out of our last 6 visits. I understand that they get busy, but every other Chick-fil-A we've visited manages to get our orders right, even when they're crowded. Now, I always double-check my order before leaving. On this occasion, they forgot to include my son's chicken nuggets. When I brought this to the attention of the woman at the window, she asked if I was sure they weren't in the bag.
