"I walked in and waited in line, there was no one at the register for like 15 seconds which is not a problem. A lady walks up and I walk towards her at the register, we look at each other, I say hi, then she asks the guy behind me what they'd like to order and he starts ordering. I'm right there, it's like I'm invisible because neither of them even acknowledged what happened. I wanted to leave but I don't know where else to eat. I don't understand what happened but it upset me."

This is one of the busiest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to yet they manage it so well. Don’t panic if you see a long drive through line or inside line as it will go quickly.
