"Would have been all 5 stars if the customer service was better. I just got off working 13 hour day. I ordered ahead on the app to pick up through the drive-through. I had no issues with the attendant confirming orders, however when my car was on thecorner pointed towards the drive-through window where you pick up. There was about maybe four cars in front of me. They werewaiting for their food one of which was pulled ahead past the window and three that were not. There was a bag of food with adrink sitting next to it ready to go on the window it was sitting there. The bag was wide open so air was getting into it. Theysat another bag out an d the attendant that was working outside grabbed that bag and brought it to the car in front of me withtheir two shakes. Then that car drove off and they continued to hand out meals as they came out and the other one continue tosit there. I get up to the window sadly that bag sitting on the window ledge was mine. I said something to the attendant and hesaid oh I just saw it here now , ha ha. I said I have it on dash cam and he didn?t care after that. I got home and the food wascold and there wasn?t even enough fries to be a medium in the bag.I was upset that they didn?t even attempt to make things right, when I said something. It?s extremely sad. Overall a really bad customer service experience. Night staff needs improvement."

I had the chicken, egg and hashbrown breakfast bowl with salsa nd it was delicious. The picture was taken after I already ate much of it. The staff were phenomenal as well. Exemplary service.

The chick-fil-a quality is lacking with this location. They did not give us any straws for two drinks. Asked for chick-fil-a sauce and was given no sauce at all. No pickles on our regular spicy chicken sandwich with cheese. Three things in one orderwrong?! Rating 3 out of 5.

Best chicken boiled in peanut oil in the universe. The staff was the kindest sweetest in the whole state of reality. Never have I had sweet tea or sauces of delicious delight like I had there. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a chick fil a. Visited multiple times during a trip and the members could not be any more attentive to making sure that the order was right and were ready to help with anything. Really friendly crew who love their job and customers. Not many establishments can reach this bar.

August 31 ordered breakfast on the app at 1015 am to use my biscuit sandwich reward that expired this day. When I got to the restaurant at 1032 am they did not have my order and cancelled it. I know breakfast ends at 1030 and they could have had my breakfast already ready for me to pick up. If it got cold because I was late I have a microwave at home. I lost my reward. Probably won’t eat chick fil a for a while. Very annoying.
