"Again (3 times) the order was wrong when I came home. When I called to complain to the person on the phone, it was quite clear. I was told that they would like to give me the missing items that I wanted to drive ALREADY PAID FOR from 30 minutes and drive back through the lane. Nothing (no coupon, free drink or pommes, zip, zero) for the aggravation of the home without dinner for child #4. The food is moderately cold soggyries, large containers only 2/3 full, thin tasteless milkshake. This place has given me more than once an incomplete order, I do not think it is worth the merging to go back there. I'd probably try the Warminster site. If I try Warrington again, you can bet I'm sitting in the checkout lane personally check the bag as they obviously have problems with it. I know it's hard to get good help these days; only a shame they seem to have difficulty getting competent customer service reps."

My boys love Chick-fil-a and I've always ordered meals at this location since it's closest to us. The food has always been delicious and service very fast and friendly. My kids are very picky and I have never heard them complain about quality. Thank you. View menu

Great staff Great food Great location. I came by on the late night right as they were about to close. I thought I was too late but the Team Lead (Scott) personally waited on me and took my order. I really appreciated his kindness and customerservice. TEAM LEAD SCOTT for the MVP!

I love Chick-fil-A but I have had terrible luck at this location. The last few times I've been the large fries have been barely half full of soggy waffle fries. Today I once again received half full fries and an incredibly burnt deluxe spicy sandwich. I won't be going to this location anymore.

The food here is great and the staff is always friendly. They have an indoor play-land for your kids and plenty of seating. The drive-thru is convenient and usually pretty fast. There is no outdoor seating and the inside could use a remodel as it is an older location. There is plenty of parking but can get hectic at lunch. View menu

Very quick and friendly service. I?ve never had an issue here. However, the past few times I?ve gone I?ve noticed this. I?m paying extra for a large fry and they?re getting filled up just this much? This picture was taken right out of the bag! There?s no reason a large fry should be filled like a small, especially on more than one occasion.

Took my family there for dinner on 12/2 around 7 pm. Order a spicy chicken salad for myself. After returning home, my stomach felt upset around 9:30 pm. 12:30 am , the salad came back up. Still under the weather, 12/3. I called 12/3 and was told thesalads are assembled in house. Talked to a manager and expressed my anger. To my conclusion, the prep station is dirty, or theproduct is mishandled. Save your receipt just in case.
