"Title: Expect Respect, Not Ridicule: Disappointing Experience at State College Location As a long-time loyal customer of Chick-fil-A, I have always enjoyed their food and service. However, my recent experience at the State College location on March 18, 2023, left me feeling disrespected and humiliated due to the behavior of the operator. I don't expect special treatment, but I do expect to be treated with respect and not be made fun of. The operator spoke to me in a condescending tone, and I felt that his attitude towards me may have been influenced by my Asian background. To make matters worse, he publicly ridiculed me when I was dealing with a parking issue. His mocking and derisive behavior was witnessed by several people and left me feeling humiliated and distressed. Although another employee eventually assisted me, the damage was already done. As someone who faces personal challenges, I rely on understanding and support from others. This experience left me feeling distraught. I reached out to Chick-fil-A's customer service with a detailed complaint on March 21, but after 10 days, I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment. This lack of action only adds to my disappointment. I hope that my review will serve as a wake-up call for the management and staff at this location to treat all customers with respect and not make fun of them, regardless of their background. Until there is a change, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this Chick-fil-A location to others."

The service is what you would expect in a college town. The interior isn’t bad, provided you can find parking. However, the drive-thru experience is disappointing; I've attempted to use it four times and had the same unsatisfactory outcome each time. If I can't find a parking spot to go inside, I wouldn't choose to eat at this location. View menu

We came in for an early lunch and it was a great visit. Staff working the dining room was wonderful. They visited a little bit but not too much. If there was some thing we needed that they brought it for us. We ordered a variation of spicy and regular sandwiches a kids meal and a salad and lots of fries. It all tasted great! The restaurant was clean as well as the restrooms. We will definitely come here again! The only downfall is that the play place was gone. It was a very nice seating area and it was much bigger than it was before but the kids love playing. We will definitely stop here again on our way through town!

Stopped here for dinner with a friend on our way to some other spots visiting State College. We were in the right lane, and ended up coasting into the line, as it was out onto the street. There are two lines, to help with the flow of traffic, that eventually transition into one. It took about 20 minutes total to wait in line and get our food. When it was our turn to order, the Chick-Fil-A employee came over to my side, the passenger side, to get our order. As we started to place it, she asked my friend if he could keep driving up, slowly, while placing our order.
