"Wow. It’s clear that nobody took pride in preparing these meals. You could easily just throw together some meat, bread, and vegetables and expect it to be acceptable. I wouldn’t say my sandwich was completely upside down, but it was close! There was probably more cheese stuck to the inside of the box than actually in the sandwich. The chicken was sticking out so far from the bun that a simple raspberry sound would have completed the look. The cheese ended up gluing everything in place, with the bun suffering the most from this culinary mishap. To be fair, it still tasted decent, though I did pick up a hint of paper flavor once the cheese had melded back onto the chicken. Just overworked staff leading to overworked dishes. I'll see you same time next week."

How can there be no biscuits in the morning?So they had to sub muffins. Then for whatever reason, they took awhile to get my spicy chicken muffin out. I hope the tea and iced coffee is good. View menu

Friendly and fast service, and a clean restaurant in spite of being busy we’re the high points. Salad was average. My husbands chicken sandwich was just a patty between 2 buns. No sauce or tomato and he used my lettuce to jazz it up a bit.

It's close to perfect service here. They have never messed up my order in the three years I've lived in San Antonio. Im pleased they have gluten free buns and waffle fries here. I have a huge allergy to wheat and have a limited diet so this makes it so convenient for me to still enjoy my favorite fast food restaurant.

We come here at least 3x a week! My family wants it all the time. We've had the chicken sandwich, Cobb salad, chicken wraps, chicken strips, chicken nuggets, and yogurt with granola (my favorite substitute). We normally use the drive thru service due to the limited parking; most people park on the Wendy's side, that's the only downfall of this location. View menu

While I was halfway through my grilled chicken burger, I noticed something was off. After taking another bite, I felt nauseous. The taste was awful! I'm not sure what went wrong with my order, but if I end up with food poisoning, I'll know it came from this meal. Since I took my order to go, I couldn't return to complain as I needed to get back to work, but thankfully we have the internet to share my experience. Chick-fil-A, you were one of the last fast-food places I expected this from. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

The customer service from a gentleman named Kerry was absolutely outstanding! I've visited this Chick-fil-A many times, but I've never received service as exceptional as this. I was working and sat in a booth for over three hours, during which I observed Kerry attending to every single customer. He went out of his way to find tasks to keep busy, cleaning everything and adjusting chairs until they were "just right." He replenished drinks for guests, checked in on everyone, and maintained a cheerful demeanor for hours. I rarely leave reviews, but this gentleman truly deserves recognition. It felt like being taken care of by an old friend. He really made my day!
