Food is usually hot and ready to go. Options are limited compared to other restaurants. Beware of rush hours because college kids get hungry. The room is usually filled with them.

Josh Faucett is one of the best food employees I've ever had the please of serving me. He is helpful fast efficient and effective. Overall great service by the whole staff Spearheaded by a great manager Rodney Kristen Gentry. Great staff

My family stopped by for dinner on our way home, and we felt fine before eating. I ordered a salad, and my wife chose a chicken wrap. Unfortunately, we both ended up with food poisoning. I haven't felt this bad in a long time. I won't be going back! View menu

I decided to try something different, but it turned out to be a mistake. I ordered the chicken hash brown scramble bowl, which included five hash browns, two chopped-up chicken nuggets, and only a teaspoon of eggs. Just take a look at the picture. Now I know what to expect...

This trendy spot has really gone downhill! I usually use the drive-thru, so it might be a better experience if you go inside. They've frequently forgotten to include silverware in my order, or they don’t give me the correct number of nuggets (and I'm not just talking about one or two missing nuggets). Plus, they always seem to mix up my order! It's so frustrating!

I have a few concerns. The biscuits don't seem to be fully cooked, and the tops are rarely browned. I have to give one star for the biscuits. The drive-thru is always a bit of a gamble, and the ordering process seems to take forever; I would rate it one star as well. Additionally, there is an excessive amount of ice in the fountain drinks. This practice is considered unethical and is actually prohibited in other countries. You wouldn't expect Chick-fil-A to stoop to that level. Words cannot fully convey my love for this restaurant. It’s my top choice for food in Jacksonville, and I find myself craving it around the clock! The frosted lemonade is particularly amazing—definitely a must-try! I wholeheartedly recommend it with a score of 11/10! I understand that some people have had negative experiences here, but we all have those from time to time, right? Just because you might receive the wrong order occasionally (I'm looking at you, Coop DeVille) doesn't mean you should stop coming here! And if this location doesn't meet your expectations, there’s another equally fantastic one in Gadsden.

I have a few issues to address. The cookies I received didn't seem fully baked, and the tops were rarely browned. I would give just one star for the cookies. The drive-thru lane can feel like a bit of a gamble, and the wait time for orders can go on for quite a while, earning only one star from me for that experience. Additionally, there seems to be an excessive amount of ice in the drinks, which is actually considered an unethical practice in some other countries. It's surprising to see Chick-fil-A falling short in this area. However, I have to say that the staff is excellent, and I have no doubts about the quality of the food I receive.

Stopped here on our drive through Tifton on 6/26/2019. We came in right around 10:15am and were excited to visit our favorite quick eat location. We went inside to use the restroom first and both the women's and mens were disgusting. The men had toliet paper all over and smelled very foul. The women's I was advised by my wife it was just as awful with paper towels/toliet paper all over. We received our food and walked to grab straws and extra condiements prior to leaving. The area was very short on supplies and you could see sauce, crumbs and every other nasty bit down in the holders and around the station.
