"My friend and I went yesterday to enjoy the Veteran 's Day lunch meal at Chili 's North Little Rock. Our server Regan was fantastic. We really appreciated her. Now about the food and Veteran 's Day special menu . That 's where it went down hill. The variety of items was extremely limited, much more so than past years. I chose the burger option, and my friend chose the bowl of chilie and salad option. When the food came my fries were not hot. Secondly the burger patty was way overcooked. By that I mean it was past well done, and dry. The veggies and mustard on the bun weren 't enough to make up for it. My friend also mommented that the meat in the chili was also overcooked, and detracted from the dish. I totally understand health regulations, but this was well exceeded. Thank you Chili 's for the Veteran 's Day meal. Hopefully next year will be better."

One of the best servers we have ever had-ASHLEY. She rocked a group of 18 with kind, efficient service. I found HAIR(looked like cow hair) in my meat patty. Disgusting. But Ashley’s service redeemed the rating.

The staff at this restaurant is excellent - they make you feel welcome and are eager to accommodate any special requests. My friend and I like to meet here often to have a meal together and share a drink. The staff is happy to split the bill for us, even when we ask for separate checks. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, the onion pearls are great, the fries are delicious, I asked for no cheese on my food because I'm lactose intolerant and there was traces of cheese in my food, I tried to take it all out, I didn't want to have them take my plate back to correct the error due to being nervous as to what may be done to my food due to me making the correction. We had about 3 or 4 empty ketchup bottles. More vegetarian and vegan items on the menu would be a nice touch.

The food was good. Service okay. But the moment you walk in the front door it smells like an old building. Maybe it's mildew? The smell is within the entire restaurant but it's very noticeable in the foyer and bathrooms. The bathroom was also filthy. Like not a single employee has checked it in hours and it was ROUGH. I don't mean just a few napkins . For a chain restaurant, the place looks like it is low on funds because repairs are needed all over the women's restrooms. It's just not what I'd expect out of a Chili's.
