"The service was terrible. The waiter pretended to take order somehow the first person in our table of five did not get their food. Plain Lachs and French Pommes as difficult was that! My steak was done twice after asking for medium! Thought it was strange that she only took the steak from my plate and brought the second 20 minutes later I suspect that I enjoyed my pages before my steak or had cold sides either the fact that I did not even offer to warm my pages or brought new was wild. Manager was great to take these dishes out of the ticket, but it did not matter the fact that our 8 years old had to take about 25 min on their salmon AFTER each received their food because the waiter did not enter the system. So much for the “Firing it up” when it came out, it had burned edges was complete garbage. Another plate had sausages on it and that was brought out room temperature! Such a disappointment. My wine needed a lot of time to get out and it was the wrong one. Not hard to distinguish what a Cabernet is! Somehow it took a long time to fix itself. All experiences were bad. The manager accused new employees."

Has a bar separate from family areas. TVs. Burgers to soup/salad. Appetizer’s to flavored teas. Sodas to meal specials. Came after the hospital they made us soft foods for my throat surgery y for my toddler. Very kind workers very clean establishment with excellent cooks. Good prices for what you get.

The staff here...wow! Eating out with little ones can be hard. Tonight, the staff did so much to make us comfortable and showed lots of care and attention to our family. Our server and both managers were so kind. I even noticed that the manager was very quick to make things right when the table next to us had an issue. Very rare to have service like this anymore. I wanted to go. The chicken enchilada soup was good. The potato soup had no potatoes at all in one part and in the other part. Ordered chips salsa. Pockets only 1/2 full and salsa only half full. But still I paid for full portions. And the whole time I waited for my food, the staff was cursed. I didn't know. I have to say, my last two visits were truly impressive. My servers, Emily and Laura, were fantastic! I was thrilled to see my medium steak cooked to perfection—something I usually hesitate to order because it can be hit or miss. But here, it was perfect both times! The drinks were great and arrived quickly. It's been a while since I visited a Chili's, and I was so impressed that I will definitely be returning to this location for a third time!

First and last time I will go to this Chili’s. I have never had an issue ordering curbside. The curbside server brought my food out and everything just looks skimpy and then, she comes out with this tiny drink that is suppose to be my margarita. First off, I ordered a frozen strawberry margarita and she came out with one on the rocks. I told her I ordered frozen. She goes back in and comes back out and just says he said we don’t have frozen anymore. Who is he? and why didn’t I get a discount for that reason or at least notified. I would have ordered something else because they’re not all the same price. You can’t just replace things of unequal values.
