"There's nothing that says weekend to me quite like visiting Chiloso Mexican Bistro and enjoying their breakfast tacos! With five locations, you're bound to find one nearby, but my favorite is the Rockwall spot. The staff is friendly, and the place is impeccably clean! With a wide variety of toppings available for your tacos, you'll definitely discover the perfect combination that will have you coming back for more. Taco prices start at $3.00 for one, $5.00 for two, and $6.00 for three!"

Unbeatable value and quality. Great breakfast, unless you get stuck in line behind the local football team, hah! Wonderful tortilla soup. Large portions, fresh, easy and well priced.

I visited this bistro for the first time and ended up eating there twice. I really enjoyed both the tacos and the fajitas; the food was great. However, I wasn't a fan of having to wait in line. View menu

Love their perilla soupthat i never order anything else. Although I've heard amazing things about their breakfasts. Also their jalopeno ranch is to die for. I'm not a ranch lover but I always eat it w/ my chi

As a returning customer, I can say the portions are huge. That's all I really need to mention! Just be ready for a wait. If they could set up two lines and maybe two serving stations, I can't tell you how many people leave while I'm waiting.

My partner and I decided to revisit Chiloso for our first date, and we were truly impressed! The line out the door can either be a hassle or an indication that you're in for a delicious meal. One piece of advice: don't skip dessert! The grilled vanilla cake is absolutely amazing—definitely worth trying! View menu

WONDERFUL FOOD!! The downfall is that this place is ALWAYS busy--I went last night at 8:30pm (on a Tuesday and had to wait in a long line. But...REALLY worth the wait! Try their chicken tortilla soup! Love the home town feel of this place. Can't ever eat there without seeing at least one person I know! :

Absolutely delicious! The grilled avocado topped with barbacoa and the tortilla soup were fantastic. We also tried a rolled quesadilla called the OMG, which isn't on the menu but was recommended by a regular customer we chatted with while waiting in line. I highly recommend this restaurant! I also loved their hottest salsa. There was a line, but we only waited about five minutes to get in. We will definitely be making this a regular stop on our trips!

"I FINALLY was able to come here for dinner because of the fact that they are always busy when I come and they try to seat reservations as quickly as possible. This isn't a con, it's just a testament to how good they are (but it can be a con if yourstomach is eating it's insides ???? . When we were seated we had a couple of cocktails a Dirty Martini and an Old Fashionedand they were well made. We took our time to have a few courses. We started with the 50/50 Meatballs and then the Z House Salad. The meatballs were so delicious, tender and full of flavor some of the best I've ever had! The Z House Salad on the other handwas a bit of a disappointment. For the salad to be a restaurant special it wasn't a wow and could've used a sweet kick to it toadd that pow it needed. We had the Lobster Ravioli next and it was amazing. The ravioli was cooked perfectly al dente and thePomtom sauce was to die for this was the best part of the meal. We also had the New York White Pie and it was really good, nottoo over done or flimsy (if that makes sense . For dessert we had Espresso Martinis and the Bananas Foster. The Bananas Fosterwas really soft and gooey and I liked it (granted the other person with me didn't enjoy it as much as I did because she felt thebanana was too overpowering . The Espresso Martinis could've had more espresso in them because it did taste too sweet, like ithad too much Kahlua. The restaurant itself was really cute, nicely decorated. The restrooms were clean as well. I woulddefinitely go back to try a few other dishes because I had a good time and except for a few small cons, they were overall reallygood."
