"My 3rd time to order take-out during lunchtime. For around $6 you get a full-size entree, an egg roll, a fortune cookie, and a canned soda! But the kicker is this--the food is made FRESH. It 's not pre-made! I order kung pao chicken, and ask them to leave out the celery--their reply was 'no problem, we make everything to order '. : The chicken in that dish is yummy thin-sliced white meat (not that weird mystery-meat that sometimes surprises you in Chinese food . I 'll be honest, the interior of the restaurant is not appealing to me..lots of 'junk ' around, they sell jewelry on their countertop and there 's always newspapers and magazines scattered about the tables, the place often smells not-so-fresh. BUT I 'll eat take-out time and time again, and I would recommend it. :"

Delicious food. I'm not a Chinese food fan but the cashew beef was really good. My husband and I got out of there for under $20 for two people. Pretty good deal.

I have been ordering from China Taste since moving to Rockwall. They match or exceed ANY of the 'fancy ' Chinese restaurants in Houston, Dallas, New York City, and Boston. Food is outstanding, delivery service quick and reliable, and delivery personnel always polite.

This is an excellent restaurant with wonderful food and nice people. It has a nice Chinese theme and all of the dishes I’ve tried here are very good to excellent. I have to give special props for the Hunan beef which is outstanding. Also they have their lunch special seven days a week. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We've been eating here for 6 plus years and, in our opinion, this is the best quality Chinese food in the area. The prices are also quite good. Never had a bad experience and we eat here about once a week... Lunch special is a bargain and the special dinner for two gets you an excellent meal for cheaper than just about anywhere else. I have always loved China Taste and wouldn't think of going any where else since they opened. The last two times I went my food was just carelessly thrown in the bag causing the sauce to leak out every where. Today my order was not right even after telling it to them twice on the phone when ordering and the lady repeating it to me correctly. When I called to see what they would do to correct it the lady was very argumentive and didn't really seem to care that it was incorrect. I believe they should have offered to fix it and make the situation right and was quite disappointed that they didn't.

Best in Town!!! 5 stars!!!. We've had food from many chinese restaurants in the past, but this one is by far the best ever! The portions are huge and perfectly seasoned in every regard. The egg rolls were excellent as well. They always send us a new menu with our order as well as numerous soy sauce and mustard packets. We haven't had anything from China Taste that wasn't absolutely perfect! Everything shows up at your door piping hot and super fresh! The egg drop soup wasn't my favorite,...I'd opt for the Won-Ton! I guess eggdrop soup is an acquired taste! Anyone who wants fantastic Chinese food has to try this place! Totally Awesome! Keep up the great work! 5 stars!!!!
