"I visited the restaurant at around 7:18 PM on March 12, 2024, and ordered a kids' quesadilla meal, a chicken burrito with guacamole, and a chicken bowl with guacamole. To start, the employee didn’t even attempt to properly wrap my burrito; she noticed the tortilla was torn and just paused before putting it in the foil. This felt very careless. Additionally, I ordered a kids' meal, but they forgot to include the kids' chips and drink. My fiancée went back to the counter to let them know about the missing items, and they looked at him as if he were speaking a different language—they seemed confused. He had to explain that the meal is supposed to come with those extras, and even then, they were reluctant to fix it. We ended up with the kids' drink but no chips. Considering that Chipotle isn’t the cheapest option, it’s incredibly frustrating when employees forget or mess up your order. It’s even worse when you directly address the issue with them, and they act oblivious. On top of that, this location was downright dirty. There was no reason for all the tables to be piled with leftover food from previous customers, especially with so many employees on duty. I’ve been to other locations that were more understaffed but had more attentive workers, a better atmosphere, and cleaner surroundings. Please do better."

I'm so tired of ordering double meat only for them to rip me off. Never order online. Go In and watch them make it. I pulled out all the meat from my bowl and placed it on my food scale, came to 3oz which isn't even *one* full portion, let alone not being double. Absolutely ridiculous.

The cleanliness of this place is alarming; they really need a health inspector to come in right away. The girl with the face tattoo was quite rude, and honestly, if I'm spending $12 on a burrito, I expect a little more care in how it's prepared—like not emptying the spoon before serving it onto the burrito. I don’t know what gripe people have against this location, but this is the best Chipotle I’ve encountered in a long, long time. I used to go weekly on my work lunch breaks, and they were never were out of ingredients, lines were fast moving, and they always had chips hot and fresh. This place needs more love!

Don’t go to this location if you are using mobile order. You will wait at least twice as long. Also, there is not a single clean table in the restaurant, so don’t come here if you prefer not to have other people’s leftovers all around you. Honestly, just drive the extra 10 minutes to the next closest Chipotle.

We enjoy this restaurant because they rarely run out of ingredients and consistently offer fresh options. The service is generally pleasant as well. We prefer to visit on weekday evenings, as weekends tend to be more rushed. Be prepared for a long wait if you decide to go on a Saturday or Sunday. That said, this remains one of our favorite Chipotles in the area, and we definitely visit regularly. View menu

The is the dirtiest Chipotle I have ever been to. The first time I went I thought it was awful, but gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was a crazy busy night. Went back again months later and it is just so gross. Food all over the floors, serving area where food is was a disaster, not one clean table. The servers brought out rice and kept looking at each other. It was all watery and rice was uncooked. They didn't care, they still served it. This location needs some help. Someone at corporate really should check this out it.

(We ordered online and would not have ordered if we saw the state of the restaurant based on other reviews)This was so disgusting.Firstly there was no flavor in the food??? No seasoning, no spice, it was so boring and bland, even the sour cream seemed flavorless some how. The food was barely warm and when I went to eat my very bland, boring chicken burrito, I got a piece of chicken, but actually it was just a big piece of cartilage or bone instead. "Our experience dining at this restaurant was less than ideal. The server who took our order seemed in need of more training. We ordered Masala dosa and chicken Biryani, but when the food was served, we requested some chutney for the dosa, which was not brought to us. Dosa is typically served with chutney, so it felt incomplete without it. Despite doing the necessary work, the server seemed to forget about our table, not coming back to offer us water a second time. When we finished our meal, he simply brought the check without addressing our previous request. When I reminded him about the missing chutney, he arrogantly replied that he was busy and therefore forgot. It was disappointing to see him only focusing on taking orders from other tables and neglecting our needs. If I had the option, I would give this restaurant a rating of 0 stars. "I'm so upset. I love Buono Bistro but last night was a horror show. We came here for my 30th birthday last night. We made reservations a couple days in advance for 6 pm. We arrive at 5:55pm and the hostess had no idea what was going on. She wrote down our name, that we had a 6pm reservation, then told us it will be a couple minutes. Super odd, a lot of other people at reservations and none of them were written down or anything. After 10 minutes we got seated. Then we proceeded to wait for our waitress who never showed up. After 20 minutes of waiting we asked another waitress why we didn't have a waitress, and she felt horrible, took our drinks and then it took another 20 minutes for our actual waitress to show up. She laughed and said sorry, are you ready to order food. Like yeah now that it's almost 7pm I'd like to eat something. As always the drinks and food were great, just not a good experience. My husband and I usually sit at the bar and have a great time."

"I have been there 3 times now. First 2 times were great. Tonight going there for date night we left disappointed, hungry and over charged. The apps were great. I got the black cod which tasted awful, definitely frozen for a long time and inedible. I had to send it back which I never do. The waiter instead of just accepting said he had to check with his manager and admitted so they don't sell it often for obvious reasons. He said I'd have to pay a surcharge but would get me something else. I said ok. Please get us to drinks while we wait. He agreed. 30 minutes later I get the new dish after my date already has been long done with there's. No drinks still. The new dish was good other than the scallops were obviously frozen and inedible.. I picked them out and still no drinks. Never checked on to see if we were ok, happy or needed the drinks we asked for now a hour past. They bagged it for me and through back in the bad scallops that I through out lol umm.. I'm very disappointed. I go out once a week to have a good time. I don't spend $100 to have service and food like this. Maybe an off night or something as I've liked them in the past but just wow... ps they brought my first dish out 20 minutes before my dates then my second 1 hour later. Get your stuff together please"

"nye truffle prefixe menu with wine pairing was decent, but very overpriced. kellner was great and super friendly. Eat was hit or missed, but the wee were all quite good. the artichoke “soup” was quite bad; so dry and zero taste. the carpaccio with truffle aioli was decent. the gnocchi was the best dish we had so far. mushroom cannelloni was served in order, but in a strange format. the lamb was okay. the cannoli for dessert was quite good. overall a decent experience, but not worth $500 (the half that best.) the regular menu looked much better."
