I hope this place never changes. I like everything. The sayings in the bathroom. The service. The food, omg!! So good! The outdoor seating area. The unique yummy fresh drinks. 10 stars. Always.

Small portions . . . paid $12 plus for a 1/2 filled salad bowl . . . when I asked counter person if the salads are always this small, he responded sometimes and left it at that . . . has potential, but unfortunately, not good value . . .

I've ordered from Chopt twice in the past month, and both times my order was incorrect. Today, both bowls were missing chicken, and the first time they didn't fulfill the right substitution. I will be ordering from a different place in the future. View menu

We have been ordering takeout and delivery from this restaurant for the past year and have always been very pleased with both the service and the quality of the food. The food is consistently good and is a great choice for a quick salad or bowl. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

The staff at this restaurant are very friendly, and the food presentation is appealing. Unfortunately, the dishes lack any real flavor. I'm usually a fan of Cava, but I wanted to try something new today and ended up feeling let down. I ordered the Chinese chicken, and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re in search of flavorful food.

Today was the first time that I have ever eaten here. I ordered a create your own salad. I did not get any cheese or bacon on my salad as ordered. They put the dressing all over my salad and NOT ON THE SIDE like I marked. (How do you miss that?! It is a radio button that you simply click). There was so much dressing that I couldn't eat the salad. I will never order on line from here again. View menu

I stopped by this evening and grab dinner for me and my family and got three salads and I did a craft your own salad and added shrimp extra dressing and the shrimp was cut up and not whole and didn’t look good. And in two of my salads they barely had any dressing. Maybe there was a new person that was working or something but all my other take out orders has been awesome. I hope we can just bring this to there attention so people are not disappointed with there food orders. But I will still be ordering again. Thanks

I visit this restaurant frequently, but my experience tonight was disappointing. The manager who prepared my food seemed intent on cutting costs, as she barely filled the serving cup. When I asked for a little more cheese, I noticed she marked it as an extra charge and tried to have me pay for it without informing me of the additional cost. I understand that toppings typically come with a price, but I've been here many times and know that a quarter cup of cheese should be filled adequately. It seems like both the portion sizes and the service are declining. Given the prices here, I expect my serving cup to be filled properly.

The customer service at this location is not the best. I went in to purchase a Mexican Cesar salad and a bottle of Mexican Cesar dressing to take home with me. The person helping me agreed however, the manager came out and said “We don’t have enough dressing to spare for a bottle”. I have purchased a bottle of dressing several times and have not once been told this. Then I tried to use my birthday reward in the app during checkout. Their scanner wasn’t working and instead of helping me figure out how to apply the coupon the manager said they had nothing to with the app and I wouldn’t be able to apply my reward due to the faulty scanner.
