"The food remains excellent, but the service and atmosphere have declined from their previous standards. Upon my arrival, there was no one at the hostess stand to welcome me, and it took a while before anyone came to take my drink or food order, despite it being around 7 PM on a Saturday when the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. The waiting area had been repurposed into a space for preparing take-out orders, making it feel quite disorganized. In the past, that area would have been bustling with guests waiting for tables at that time on a Saturday. I sat at the sushi bar and was thoroughly impressed with both the sushi chefs and the food, which were fantastic. If they could improve the efficiency of the dining room staff and tidy up the waiting and take-out preparation area, this restaurant could easily be a five-star establishment."

"Unfortunately, I had to lower my 5 star rating. Went in today and the place is filthy. Tea urns were empty. They were out of their branded hot sauce that is a staple on the tables. The tables were dirty. The floors were dirty. Staff were hooping it up in the kitchen very loudly, even using curse words. I found out there are fairly new absent owners. This place was previously spic and span with professional staff for years with the old owners. So sad to see how it has gone downhill. At this rate, I doubt they will still be open in a year."
