Unsanitary-he picked up cone w hands that were just doing cleaning, should’ve used gloves or least paper

The ice cream cakes don’t taste as good as they used to. And all the reviews about the customer service are spot on. The employees don’t wear gloves and are rude.

I purchased a cheesecake ice cream cake called "Desire," but it didn't taste nearly as good as it used to. The yellow cake was not fresh and was drier than the Arizona desert! Their claims about having moist cakes are far from the truth. I feel like I just wasted $36!

Ordered cookie dough ice cream with chocolate chips and brownie bites in a chocolate covered waffle cone with sprinkles. The brownie bites were super fudgy and the base ice cream was very creamy but the chocolate chip tasted second grade. Can tone down the sweetness overall.

I recently visited Cold Stone and was very disappointed with my experience. The ice cream was entirely melted, and the toppings were stale. The staff appeared disinterested and unfriendly, and the overall atmosphere was chaotic and unkempt. I certainly won't be returning and would recommend that others avoid it as well. View menu

Extremely impolite and ill mannered staff.I asked a question from the guy whose name is Andrew and he didn’t even bother himself to answer.Then I asked again and he answered reluctantly.(I can’t say he answered just nodded)Seems like they hate their job or interaction with customers.The funny thing is that there is a choice for tip when you pay.Seriously?Why would someone pay tip to an impolite and inconsiderate server who ignores you while looking at your eyes?

The lady who took our order rushed us along she did not ask me if I would like to add my points for my rewards she simply told me very quickly the total and walked off for me to tap my card. There were no customers behind us so no need to rush and hurry us away as if she didn't want to be bothered. When asked for a spoon she pointed to a container on top of the broken cooler with unwrapped spoons in it. Usually used for spoons used for samples. The presentation and the fact that everyone who comes in with NO access to hand sanitizer or a hand washing station is quite unsettling to say the least

I can't really recall ever having an overtly positive experience at this location, but our recent trip pretty much tracked what I've come to expect. Monday evening around 8:30, came into get a premade cake. The dude with his dangly earring was busy talking to people in the back about music. He approached without acknowledging us at all, and guessing he wouldn't have even said hi had we not said it first. He pressed a few buttons, spun the little tablet around so fast I thought it was about to fall over and just walked away. Again, this kind of tracks with the experience for this location, but just hope their hiring practices get better. Dude has no place there. View menu
