I went to the bathroom and noticed the Grimace Shake trend all over the place. The customer service was good, though!

My dogs loved the dipped dog bone, and my favorite ice cream from here will always be the "Berry Good" and mint chocolate chip.

I ordered my regular, the Berry Berry flavor—though I can't recall the full name. As always, my ice cream was wonderfully cold and delicious, perfectly satisfying my intense craving for something amazing! Thank you once again, Cold Stone, for consistently delivering exceptional quality!

Sped up an ice cream cake today for me by about 3 hrs, because I asked and because the woman working was super cool and nice enough to help me out. She didn't need to. It was my mistake. Much appreciated.Also, was playing Peter Murphy and Talking Heads on the speakers while I was there. Bonus star for that, if I hadn't already given 5.

If you arent at cold stone watching them make the order, it will NOT be right. I ordered and paid for sprinkle bowls got plain. Ordered love it on all, got like it, added add ons, they didnt have them. I paid the extra convenience fee just to still drive up to the location and them tell me they were busy and didnt have time to make the dipped bowls or correct the sizes plus I didnt get refunded. 100% unacceptable. I hadn't tried their shakes before, so I decided to see what they were like. Essentially, they blend ice cream with a lot of milk, which is what a shake is, right? It wasn't anything extraordinary and didn't have the thick consistency of a La Beau's shake. You can drink it with their paper straws (which, by the way, are actually regarded as worse for the environment). Next time, I think I'll just stick with plain ice cream.

I’ve had a frustrating experience ordering cakes from this restaurant three times now. Each time I ordered ahead, giving at least two days' notice, the cake was never ready when I arrived. While the cakes themselves are good, it’s disappointing that they don’t start decorating until I show up. I’ve already paid for the cake—$70, in fact—so what's the point of scheduling a pickup time? If I decide to order from here again, I think I’ll come an hour later just to see if I encounter the same issue.

The Berry Berry Berry Good bowl of ice cream is definitely my favorite. It has everything I look for in ice cream. I lean towards fruity flavors, and this one has it all—the raspberries and strawberries really elevate the dish! I do enjoy blueberries, but not so much in ice cream, as they tend to turn into little frozen balls that I don’t find as appealing. I would much rather have blackberries instead. If there were an option to swap out the blueberries for blackberries, that would be fantastic! Just my personal preference—otherwise, everything was wonderful! Thank you for the delicious treat!
