"I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and requested them to be well done. When I called Corbos West to check on my order, I encountered a very rude employee. Immediately, he assumed I hadn’t paid for my food and told me to keep my money. This left me puzzled—was it because I'm Black? I'm genuinely confused as to why your staff member didn't verify that I had paid a total of $20 and left an $8 tip. It's frustrating to feel the need to mention that I spent $12 on food, especially since we frequently order from Corbos West. It seems that your customer service is declining, and it’s important to remember that people should not be judged based on assumptions. We will not be ordering from your restaurant again."
