Greeting on entering was immediate and the merchandise was displayed for a tempting purchase. Seating was quick and wait staff greatest. Food was prepared and delivered as expected.

We went out for a Saturday night dinner, and the place was packed. We were told there would be a 25-minute wait, but we only ended up waiting 15 minutes. There was a frog in one of the glasses of water, but everything else was fantastic as always! Haha!

Cracker Barrel never fails to disappoint. I absolutely love their little store right before you go into the dining room to eat, they have so much cute stuff in there! I've been coming to this restaurant for years, and it’s always my go-to spot. The wait can sometimes be a bit lengthy, but you can use the app to pre-register. Most locations provide excellent service, although, as we all know, COVID has led to labor shortages for many restaurant chains. You can’t go wrong at the Hickory, NC location. The management is very attentive at all locations and actively seeks feedback if your experience wasn't up to par.

My kids and I went into the Gaffney CB and this is the second time I've had a bad experience with the host that works up front. She has the long light colored hair that was down, with glasses, had a two star apron. The first time we went up to put our name down she was rude and had a huge attitude. Then the next time we went in and ate, she was putting us on a wait, along with saying we should just go somewhere else, how much she hates her job and was cussing with customers near the podium.
