"Writing this review is a bit challenging for me. We ordered a curbside pickup for Thanksgiving dinner and ended up waiting in the parking lot for nearly an hour. The manager was very apologetic and even offered us a complimentary meal for our next visit, which we genuinely appreciated. The food itself was excellent and served hot. So, you might wonder why I didn't give a higher rating. Unfortunately, when I called after waiting for 30 minutes, the woman who answered the phone was somewhat brusque. She suggested that I come inside to see how busy they were, even though I was parked in a mostly empty lot. I wasn't quite sure how to respond to that. After another 30 minutes, we finally got our food. Since we lived 45 minutes away, we decided to check the order, only to discover that while the butter, pies, and cranberry sauce were included with the hot items, the potatoes were missing. I returned to the restaurant, and although they quickly brought out a tray of hot potatoes, I had to ask for a bag to carry them since they were too hot to hold. There was no apology this time. Despite these issues, the quality and quantity of the food were quite good for the price, so we’re willing to give this place another chance."

The food was merely average, but the service was outstanding. The portion sizes varied significantly. I found the potato casserole quite disappointing—it was undercooked and flavorless. The half slice of bacon I had was also not satisfying. While the slice of ham had a nice crispiness on the edges, it was still somewhat cold in the middle. I may have just experienced an off day, as this visit didn't live up to the Cracker Barrel I remember.

Love this place! Awesome customer service! Had so much fun shopping in the store. There is something here for everyone. I'm thinking about going back to do my Christmas shopping. The prices are really reasonable. The menu offers country cooking itemslike biscuits and gravy, fresh vegetable soup, corn muffins, chicken and dumplings and turkey and stuffing as well as grilledcheese sandwiches and fries. I highly recommend stopping by and enjoying a good breakfast/lunch/dinner.

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant, enjoying delicious food and attentive service. The staff worked well together, ensuring our meals arrived quickly and without any delays. I left a $15 tip for our waitress, and she kindly offered to pass on a $5 tip I had planned for the young woman who delivered our food. Unfortunately, our waitress let me know that the busgirl had already gone home for the night. However, she reassured me that she would make sure to give her the tip the next day.
