Culver’s already has amazing food, but the people who work here are amazing. Everytime I go here, it’s usually Matthew bringing me my food, and he always has a good attitude! Even when it’s not Matthew bringing the food, they always have a smile on their face. Amazing customer service at this place! I visit Culver's in our hometown in Wisconsin very frequently. l am always very happy with the service. When we stopped at this location we were totally ignored at the counter. We stood there and stood there with at least 6 employees talking and being loud and ignoring us. I finally said can any of you wait on us please!! We finally got some help but we were not happy about being ignored. It's one thing if you're busy then l understand. It's another when no one else was waiting in line that's just wrong.
