"Update I am updating my 1st review from 4 stars to 5 since we went there again. We stopped in for their St. Pat's Day corned beef and cabbage and it was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent on this very, very busy day. PLUS, they actually took a reservation at this little place for our group of 6!! We went to Misty's for the 1st time this past Saturday morning for b-fast. We were very, very pleasantly surprised! The place is super cute and clean. Our waitress was very friendly and efficient and our food was very good. I got their french toast which was outstanding. My husband had an omelette and toast which he said was very good too. I'm glad we discovered Misty's and will return. I only wish they would serve biscuits with no-meat white gravy. I don't eat meat. Anyhoo... thanks Misty-s!"

We love Misty’s! The food is consistently amazing. The servers are very friendly and the cook is very nice, he always says hello and asks us how our meal was. I love the breakfast burrito and the skillets! The Dinners portions are very generous and includes a salad bar.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and treat you like family when there. The food is excellent. My personal favorite meal is the country fried steak! They offer a salad bar with lots of good options to choose from. If you're looking for a laid back family owned restaurant, then Misty's is the place to go to! Very recommended. It was my time here, and it was excellent. The whole little diner is so enchanting. The portions of the food were very filled and the chocolate cake was amazing! Don't miss this place. Consistent with the best food in Washington that is not served in a steak house. Great staff. Very friendly, and always dressed in the restaurant "T "s that are clean and sharp. Restaurant and bathroom are impeccable. Menus, salt, pepper, catsup are not sticky! Yea Mistys is looking for every bit of the culinary experience. Very recommended. I hope they'll stay in Washington for a long time because this city needs them.

My wife and I were hungry for breakfast this past Saturday morning so we decided to go to Misty's Family Restaurant in Washington for the first time. And we were happy we did as we were warmly greeted by the owners. We had a very attentive waitress who took care of us. The food was absolutely delicious and more than ample. The owner was very interested in hearing how our food was and we happily told him, smiling the whole time. We are anxious to go back and try more of the myriad menu items. Highly recommended.
