"I ate some Caribbean food and found this place was open. I called a very nice man. I ordered the fish with rice and beans and sides. When I arrived, I parked near the street. I went in and was greeted, the place was not too big to eat inside. I told the man I ordered the fish, and he said it was a few minutes. I paid in the meantime and it came to $14. When the food was ready, I grabbed 7 minutes and left. When I came home, I was buried. The food was really good and very tasteful. I really enjoyed the beans and greens mix. I would definitely go back to try more."

The food at this restaurant is incredible, especially the roti. Ms. Cynthia always has great words of wisdom to share.

I no longer need to go to Brooklyn for good spicy food. The patties, Curry Shrimp Roti, and Sunday Stew Beef Dinner are my favorite dishes.

Quality Caribbean food for the price The oxen were great and received a good amount for a small duck and sauce from the oxtails were also delicious. The double-goers are AMAZING!! I wish I had some pepper sauce for my meal... View menu

I love the baked saltfish, but it would be great to have breakfast options available during breakfast hours. This is why American food spots are so popular - they meet the demand. This restaurant is only a 7-minute drive from my house, whereas I have to drive 20 minutes to another spot for the same dish.

"I tried this establishment since it’s opening and the service is severely lacking in skills. Our waiter wasn’t able to speak about flavor profiles of the cocktails. When placing our meal order, we requested flour tortilla for their tacos. When order came out, we mentioned that the tacos had been placed on corn and his response was “it only comes this way”. If he had stated that earlier, the fiber would have chooses differently. The lack of service was so apparent, we requested to speak to the manager. The manger arrives without saying his name nor did state “how may I help you”. The manger stood there and said hello. And it was just awkward. He did offer to remake the plate; but enough time had passed and my friend was starving. Instead of checking on us as we were almost the only 1 of 3 tables, no one checked in. Upon paying, we asked our waiter to just call out the names on the credit cards and his response was “I have to clean”. In the time the waiter stated that, he could had read/passed out the receipts. We asked for a manager and this time the assistant manager came to our table and this time we were just horrified about the lack of professionalism. She did comp the tacos; but if you have to speak two times to management for lack of customer service, there is an opportunity to enhance staff training and an opportunity for the manager to just check-in and take care of the table himself. Do not know if I can recommend this establishment as service and management style are not consistent with what a restaurant that wants longevity."
