"I've never written a yelp review but this place made me want to. I'd like to say I completely understand most places are understaffed. We walked in and asked how long wait was. We were told that it was a half hour. About 20 minutes in we asked again and were told that it would be about 10 minutes and there were 3 parties ahead of us. At about 35 minutes I asked again and was told 10 minutes. At 45 minutes we ordered some food at the bar for the kids. At an hour and 10 minutes we spoke to the owner who didn't even offer an apology. My main problem was that you can't tell a family with kids that it's a half hour wait and then proceed to make them wait an hour and 10 minutes. Food wise- my kids review of the chicken was that it was a little better than the schools food. My husband had the rib tips and they were below average. I got a pulled chicken sandwich that was on a very basic roll. Happy to not enjoy the food since we wont be visiting again."

Don't come here for pickleball. They seem to ignore it and just focus on the mall owner. However, the happy hour and nightlife are fantastic!

We went to Daddy O’s to complete my husband’s birthday weekend. Immediately upon entering we were greeted and seated with the sound of Frank Sinatra in the background. We ordered from the lunch menu and when our food was delivered, it was “Welcome to Deliciousness.” The meat was loaded with flavor that did not need any extra sauce. We’ll definitely be back. My friend and I had lunch today, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome. Our server, Greg, was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the menu items to ensure we had everything we needed. He truly went above and beyond for us! The food and drinks were out of this world! We tried the onion rings, fries, coleslaw, cornbread, brisket, bacon-blue cheese burger, sweet potatoes, and beans. I would definitely recommend this place and can't wait to come back! Excellent service, delicious food, and great drinks!

My first time ordering from Daddy’o. I been wanted some bbq ribs for a week. I’m at work, and I remembered Daddy’o right up the block. I ordered bbq rib tips, fried Brussel sprouts and corn and tomatoes. I was impressed With the speed of Grubhub. I got my food less than 30 minutes. I read the reviews and I took a chance. I’m glad I did. The rib tips were delicious. Tender fall off the bone not to saucey and a good amount. The corn and tomatoes side was also very good. Nice and buttery and flavorful corn. However the fried Brussel sprout was brunt , very brunt. They taste horrible and I couldn’t eat that at all. Unfortunate this is why I gave a 4 star. I would order from here again
