"Love this place! I live across the street and visit often. Today I was very displeased with the service from Cesar. Despite being inattentive to me and instead fraternizing with his friends at the other end of the bar while eating his own meal, he made no eye contact and the customer service was just terrible. So sad because I love this place and live right across the street. Will not recommend going back if he’s serving."

Best pizza sauce on the planet! Some friends invited us after Bears Family Fest and I can't wait to go back!

The brisket sliders were excellent! The corn dogs were okay. The best part of the experience was the bartender—he was fantastic! He made great drinks.

Liked To Go: Combo sandwich Italian Beef Sausage sweet peppers cheese (huge portion, thought I couldn't eat the whole thing but was so tasty that I conquered), Grinder Italian sweet peppers (good).

The dip dish pizza was fantastic! However, our server seemed upset or distracted; he hardly said anything to us, didn’t welcome us, explain the menu, or even say thank you when he dropped off the check. Despite this, I highly recommend the pizza! View menu

This restaurant is well-known across Chicago for its thin crust pizza. The slices are consistently fresh and quite sizable. They frequently have a combo deal that includes a slice of pizza along with a drink. I always enjoy dining here and have never had a disappointing meal or experience.

This is an excellent spot for a quick meal. They offer a good variety of beers that go perfectly with their delicious late-night pizza. Despite the recent rise in residential high-rises nearby, this place maintains its relaxed dive bar vibe, complete with food choices. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a fun night out.

Worst ?deep dish?/pan pizza in the history of the world. I?m moving to LA in a few days and wanted to have Chicago pizza for the last time and unfortunately chose this place. I really hope nobody eats this and think it in any way represents Chicago pizza. The pasta is really good here though, I enjoy the pasta and would describe the rest of the food as fine. View menu

I love the pizza but the manager needs to learn how to properly take care of customers. I called about an uber eats issue and was told they gave my order to a driver. Well it appears they gave it to the wrong driver and I never got my food. When I talkedto the manager he had an attitude and at the end of the call rather then apologizing he just decided to hang up on me.

Although having poor customer service is one issue, being confrontational with customers even before they place their orders is completely unacceptable. I've had the pizza before, and while it's decent, there are far better pizza options in this town. It's not worth putting up with such a negative atmosphere. You’ll likely feel grateful if you decide to go somewhere else.

"Tempesta is arguably one of the best sandwich shops in the city. They make a lot of their meats in house and use high quality ingredients so you know you’re getting the good stuff. Not only can you get a great sandwich, you can purchase most of their meats to go as well as other small artisanal grocery items. I have tried almost every sandwich they have on the menu but my top two choices would be the #1 The Dante and the #2 Yo! Vincenzo! The Dante is their version of a classic Italian sandwich but a bit on the spicier side. The Yo Vincenzo is a chicken parm and I personally think it’s the best chicken parm sandwich in the city. The chicken is perfectly crispy, and they use just the right amount of sauce where it doesn’t get soggy. Both of these sandwiches come on their fresh baguette which helps set them apart from other sandwich spots in Chicago just because of how good it is. The B Franklin is also a great option, and if you’re starving get the Wagyu Pastrami but be warned it is a very heavy sandwich because of that Wagyu. The last pro tip I’ll add in here is order your sandwich ahead of time if you’re doing takeout. This is a very popular spot and is always busy during the lunch rush so if you wait to order until you arrive you may need to wait for 10-15 minutes. That should speak to how good this place is because it’s in such high demand, so if you’re in Chicago make sure you stop in!"
