"I ordered through the drive-thru and was instructed to pull into the waiting area, as my food would take a few minutes. That was fine. I parked next to another car that had been waiting for a while. We continued to wait and wait. Eventually, the driver next to us got out and went to the door. When he returned to his car with his food, he mentioned that they had forgotten about him. So, we decided to get out and check as well, and sure enough, they had overlooked our order too. Once we finally got home and started eating our burgers, they tasted overwhelmingly of propane from the grill. It was absolutely disgusting."

Had to go through the drive through THREE times to get our order correct. All doors were locked. Why is this so hard to read a screen and make a damn order??
