"The restaurant had a western feel and resembled the picture. There was plenty of well-seasoned and pickled meat, making it delicious. I especially enjoyed their iced tea and sweet tea. I ordered the friends and jalapeño dish which was also excellent. Overall, it was a great evening meal. However, I have had negative experiences in the past due to management and staff issues. Despite this, I continue to visit for their tasty BBQ. Fortunately, on this occasion, the manager and coworkers were great and everything was clean. I hope the current manager stays on as they did a wonderful job."

The chopped brisket could have been warmer, but it was delicious. The bun was too much bread for me, but good for others. My companion loved the coleslaw. I had hot, fresh fries. The menu options were difficult to see from the line to order. Overall, the BBQ was good.

Probably the driest brisket we’ve ever had a Dickies. Ordered a 3 meat and chicken was out so we went with al brisket. So for a 3 meat plate I got 3 slices of brisket. ? . Which was actually plenty but dude. Idk it just sucked overall. Out of Mac and cheese, dirty tables, tv screen for ordering was out. ?? just not a great lunch.

So sorry I forgot to mention the order was a take out, and you felt the need to roll your eyes and make a deep sigh. Uncalled for!!! Ordered a brisket sandwich with cheese and only received a cold brisket sandwich. Added two sides, one of Mac n' cheese and a side of mashed potato casserole. For some odd reason, they decided to put down that I Ordered a brisket plate and 2 bags of lays chips. It must've taken about 15 minutes for them to figure out how the gift card works and that's probably why the food was cold. No other complaints. Good place to eat with the family.

I placed an online order and went to pick it up from the restaurant. Unfortunately, when I arrived, they informed me that they were out of certain items and did not provide me with my side dish or the Hawaiian roll I had ordered. I believe it is important for the restaurant to inform customers of any unavailable items before completing the transaction. I hope the restaurant takes customer feedback into consideration and improves their service in the future.
