"I had a wonderful experience trying out the various vegan gelato flavors at this restaurant. It was great to see so many vegan options available. The flavors were unique and decadent, with the black cherry sage being a standout. Vegan Dark Chocolate was also a highlight for me. I definitely plan on returning to try more flavors in the future. "For those of us from Texas, kolaches are a way of life. They are a staple in our breakfasts. As such, we are very picky about our kolaches. The dough must be cooked just right and the ingredients need to be of high quality. Having said that, Hruska's Kolaches sets the bar. One of the number one rated kolache bakeries in Texas bears the Hruska name as well. Our Hruska's Kolaches are at least as good as those Kolaches, if not better. Way to go Hruska family!!"

"Had a reservation for 8 and they were able to fit all 11 of us in. Hostess was amazing and our waiter Mos was so patience (do not know Utahâs liquor laws) with all the questions. The Ahi bowl was so yummy and the fried pickles had a little spin to them. Highly recommend! Oh yes, and the live music made our Salt Lake visit! Make sure you visit the Rabbit Hole downstairs (speak easy vibe) and the Church nightclub (after 10) that is upstaira!"

"The Saltwater Grill has been a Galveston staple for some time. I was encouraged that the menu has been updated with new items, while preserving some of their best offerings - I swear the Shanghai Delight is laced with Prozac because I'm always happy when I eat it. This time I tried one of their new "naked" offerings, hoping the fish would be allowed to shine. I had the grilled redfish, which was done perfectly - the very thin edges were a little crisp and carmelized but the fish was still moist and flavorful. I did miss the bread - this was one of the few restaurants in town that started with something with substance, so I was quite disappointed when a little crock of crackers appeared instead of bread. The restaurant is very noisy - I was ok hearing my companions but certainly couldn't hear the server well."

"Best Iris restaurant in Utah, food is to die for!Place is huge inside with Live music, 3 different bars, a second floor and the best customer Service, chef in the kitchen has been the same guy for over 16 yrs, so you know you food will be consistent! I had the Irish Stew Dinner (see picture) but their Manu is huge with vegan options.Prices are actually cheaper than most pub/bars, and on top of thatthey also have a daily special for about half of the price you would pay on a regular day.I can't say enough good things about this place, their food, cust. service and vibe,it's 5 no question about it."
