"A midtown cat! I love D.J. Reynolds. I recently came here with my father who came out of town. After a visit to a museum and a walk around the Time Warner Center we had lunch in D.J. Reynolds. It was a Friday afternoon and we could find a table. The staff here is SUPER friendly and welcoming. I had the buffalo chicken sluice while my father had lunch special Rin gland brats. Both dishes were served with generous proportions. I definitely come back!"

Old school bar, wide choice in design and filled beer! And a large collection of alcohol! Also ingenious food especially the Sunday brunch menu witch works great with the early Sunday football games!

Good food and pretty good service. I didn't drink or visit the bar I just had dinner. I would have liked a little bit of tactful staff assistance not getting wrapped up with an intoxicated diner at the neighboring table though.

This Irish pub is truly fantastic. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, with excellent service. The Guinness is top-notch as well. It felt like being at home. A big shoutout to Padraig for his great service and entertaining chat.

First of all, the atmosphere is like something out of another decade. It?s delightfully old school and the bartender was the nicest person we encountered on our trip to NY. We just stopped in for a beer and had soup to warm up. Best French onion ever! View menu

Fantastic bar for a few drinks and top quality bar food. The owner was so welcoming and friendly, even though it was quite busy, still made time for all the customers. There’s so many Irish bars on NYC, this is a cut above the vast majority, well worth a visit.

They're back ! 3 weeks now. Check the new schedule. Just the other day, Lourdes was a marvel and a whirlwind taking care of the drinks from a perfectly poured Guinness to martinis, to managing the outside and inside patrons ! Praise the chef too... Thanks to Denis for reopening and giving Mom hope ! Only Irish for miles on 57st. Stella, Fat Tire and Guinness beer !! Great food, great service, great Host Dennis and great pour of Guinness !!

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
