"Food was ok. We order food worth of $70 $80 and our food suppose to get 3 small containers of the sauce. However, we got 2 and my brother requested 2 more. While leaving with the family, they called me and asking me $2 for sauces. I was little upset like com’n for a small container for a dollar you will stop a customer after he/she spent $70 $80 and give 20% tip. She was saying that owner counts the container and charge the worker. If thats the truth then the owner is very cheap, just for a $1 lost a customer and offcourse i will make sure to let my frd and family knows as well. We have a lot of competition when it comes to halal gyro that they should not be this cheap and stop a customer for $1 when they spent close to $100. Good service would be just let me know that next time we will be mindful. Very disappointed hearing owner charging employees for these sauces where she said they make it in store. She also mentioned that owner charge for a cup as well if its missing to employees. If its true shame on the owner and if its not and employee just wanted to be pain in the azz then they should talk to them. Overall i wouldnt spend a dime to this store."

This restaurant was a hit with our entire large family. There are plenty of choices for everyone. It's a great fast food option for gyros.

I really don't understand how this restaurant has received good reviews. The food was incredibly bland, lacking any flavor. Unfortunately, I also experienced food poisoning after eating here, and the customer service was terrible. I would recommend avoiding this place. It may have been decent at one time, but now it's simply not worth it.

If you're looking for top-notch halal food in the Richmond, Rosenberg, and Sugar Land areas, I highly recommend this place. The food is absolutely delicious! I discovered it after having my baby boy at Memorial Hermann Hospital, and I couldn't be happier. Salim, the staff member, provided excellent and respectful service. Overall, I give it a 10 out of 10! You won't regret visiting! View menu

The kebabs from this diner were simply the worst I've ever had. You should consider visiting Delhi to learn how to make proper kebabs. The meat tasted frozen and lacked flavor, and the chili sauce was just a mix of Tabasco. Honestly, I would prefer if you charged more and focused on providing quality food. I feel like licking the wall would taste better than the doner kebabs I ordered from you.

My husband and I were on a trip traveling home. It was the perfect place to stop. Food-delicious!! Service on point. Salim was friendly. You could tell he cared about the place and wanted people happy.I really wish they’d open a Doner&Gyro on North Padre Island,Tx. 78418 The residents and tourists would gobble it up.Yum!!Vegetarian options: I could take my vegan daughter and son in law here. I know the would enjoy it.Kid-friendliness: A good place to take your kids and grandkids. They had a kids menu that had a lot of choices and looked good.

I would of given them zero instead of one star their food was so bad the quality and quantity both were bad and the Employee were so rude. The guy who works over there was so rude they serve us uncooked chicken which they told me that the chicken is not cooked well because it’s bad from the company where they’re getting it from. so they’re still selling it and the owner don’t care. They trash our food so sudden when we complained didn’t let us take the pictures. They can’t issue the refund either chicken is bad from the whoever company they are getting from. We paid for the food we didn’t eat it. I told them call the owner employee said our owner don’t refund the money. and said just keep se...

I visited with my husband first, then brought the whole family back! As someone who's gluten-free and has multiple food allergies, I was pleasantly surprised that I could enjoy this healthy cuisine without any issues. Plus, my daughter, who has a peanut allergy, was also able to eat here worry-free. Salim is wonderful with the customers and really enhances the welcoming atmosphere. I live in Sugar Land and typically pass by several other Mediterranean places, but Doner Gyros has that perfect secret sauce: delicious food, a great vibe, and friendly service, all in a clean environment. I highly recommend that my fellow commuters check it out. Treat yourself to the gyros; they’re fantastic, a...

"I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I have to say I was very disappointed in my dining experience at Adarra. It’s difficult to get a reservation there, so once I was able to, I had extremely high expectations. The drinks were excellent, so no complaints there. The food, however, was not. We ordered the toasted almonds, peppers, cheese plate, tuna belly, anchovy dish, tomato salad, and gnocchi. The almonds and peppers were good, although I have to say they were on the simpler side. The tuna belly made me think I was eating quality tuna from a can soaked in olive oil. That’s the best way I can describe it. It was a bit tough and on the dry side, and I didn’t finish it. I don’t usually eat anchovies since I’m not a fan of the typical fishy taste, but was assured that their version wasn’t fishy at all the way they prepare it. I ate a piece or two but couldn’t finish it. Soaking the anchovies in olive oil did not hide the fishy taste. Some people may like that fishy taste, but I definitely didn’t. The cheese plate was okay. The crackers weren’t anything special, and the amount of cheese was pretty minuscule. The tomato salad was actually the only thing I ordered that was delicious, and the only thing we actually finished. After being at the restaurant for almost two hours, the gnocchi had still not come out. We told our waitress we didn’t want it and decided to leave. I heard so many great things about Adarra and had such high hopes. But after such a disappointing meal that we paid over $200 for, we will not be returning."
