"I ordered the Dunkin Midnight Dark Roast coffee with a donut a little after 7pm. The coffee was so smooth and rich. It was not overpowering which I liked since I do not drink coffee regularly. I could taste notes of chocolate on my tongue. My experiencewith the donut was another story. It was quite stale to the touch and bite. It crunched when I bit into it. I would have hopedthe Dunkin associate would have warned me before putting it in the bag."

I just walked in and quickly turned around because there were barely any donuts left, and there were flies buzzing around the few that were available. I thought, "No thanks, I'm good!" I could also hear the employees laughing in the back. I understand it was almost 9 PM, but still…

I visited the restaurant on September 1, 2022, at 4:00 PM, and I was disappointed with the service. The staff member on duty was on their phone, chatting, and completely ignored me when I tried to place my order. They told me, “we're closed right now,” which was not accurate. If any managers are reading this, I urge you to improve the situation and consider hiring better staff. This level of service is unacceptable.
