I was hoping to enjoy a mint chocolate chip waffle bowl sundae, but unfortunately, they didn't have waffle bowls. Instead, I opted for a waffle cone with cookies and cream ice cream. I'm quite disappointed because I didn't get what I really wanted. On a positive note, they do offer dairy-free milk options like almond milk. View menu

This Dunkin frequently gets orders wrong and has no regard for their customers. I finally had it today when I ordered 2 large iced teas and they filled it to the top with ice so much so that I couldn't get a straw in until some of it melted. Done with this place . Will drive the extra two minutes to the Dunkin on 151st and Bell anytime.

I visited the drive-thru and had a fantastic experience thanks to a staff member named 'That Girl.' She was extremely friendly, and I wish every drive-thru had someone like her. Her smile and positive attitude brightened my day—thank you! It’s amazing how such small gestures can greatly impact someone's day, and she certainly did! I will definitely return! 5 stars!

This Dunkin' often messes up orders and shows little consideration for their customers. Today was the last straw for me when I ordered two large iced teas, and they filled them to the brim with ice. I was incredibly disappointed with this Dunkin' location. I ordered a birthday cake for my 4-year-old a week in advance, but when I arrived to pick it up, the cake wasn't ready. To make matters worse, they didn’t even call to let me know about the situation. I found myself rushing around town, desperately looking for an alternative. Their complete lack of responsibility and communication is unacceptable. I urge anyone thinking about using their services to reconsider – this place is sure to lead to disappointment and frustration.

The restaurant was not only clean and inviting but also had a cozy atmosphere that provided a comforting escape from the cold outside. The staff was incredibly friendly and genuinely caring about my well-being. I appreciated their kindness, and I found myself smiling every time I walked in, especially after spending time in such chilly conditions. I was so hungry after my experience that I treated myself to several donuts along with a sausage and egg sandwich, and they were amazing—so delicious that it almost felt like a double treat, considering how famished I was. I strongly advise against ordering from this location. I’ve tried ordering twice through Uber, and both times my order was messed up. The instructions are clearly provided on the app, yet they still managed to get it wrong. Additionally, some of the items were damaged before they were even placed in the bag. This location has lost my trust completely. When I spoke to the Uber Eats driver, he mentioned that many people have issues with this restaurant. I reached out to Dunkin' directly to address the problem, but instead of taking responsibility, they blamed Uber for the mistakes. The employee I spoke with was extremely rude and disrespectful.
