"Very disappointed... I ordered food for delivery. Was told 30-35 minutes. After an hour and no food, I called. They delivered to the wrong address. So they were remaking my food to bring to me. Ok.... So now it 's an hour and a half later. They come to deliver my food. I got a half apology like oh sorry . They then went over to my neighbor who was accidentally delivered the food to YELL at them for taking the food. Now I understand that the people that accepted the food were wrong and should not have accepted something they didn 't pay for. That 's wrong and terrible to do. HOWEVER, it was 100% the delivery drivers fault for bringing it to the wrong number house. The house numbers are very clearly marked. If he was confused, he should have called. They had my number and Information which was verified when I called to question where my food was. The food I received was completely rushed and not worth the money I paid. The fries were soggy and completely oil. Almost like they turned the fryer off to close shop for the night and then had to turn it back on but it didn 't get up to heat. So the fries just soaked up all the oil. I couldn 't even eat them. I ordered a chicken francaise hero with melted mozzarella on top that I paid extra for. The bread was soggy and not heated and the mozzarella was just globbed on top. Not melted at all. The food was just gross. They were more concerned with yelling at my neighbor when it was the delivery drivers fault, then the paying customer who waited an hour and a half for disgusting rushed food. The attitude from the girl that came with the delivery driver was atrocious. The person she should have yelled at, was her delivery driver who was wrong. They should have been more concerned with the paying customer, which they weren 't. I will never order from them again."

Attended a child’s 4th birthday party this afternoon. It was perfect! The kids each received a cup of sauce, cheese and pepperoni to use on their dough. The pizza cooked for less than 10 minutes and the children were ready to eat their lunch! The food that was ordered for adults was delish! So upset! My husband and I frequent this pizzeria often because the pizza is great. Last night we experienced a beetle in our pizza...cooked into the pizza. I understand there are accidents, but I wanted my money back since my husband bit into the bug and ate half of it. The manager was rude and said no. He did offer to make a new pizza for us, but at this point we have such a bad taste in our mouth (literally) that we will never get pizza from here again.
