Excellent food and attentive service! Everything was served quickly, and I've never had a reason to complain. If you prefer not to dine in, it's worth the drive for the convenience.

El Portreros and their staff excel in every aspect of the dining experience. The food is absolutely delicious, and I've become a regular visitor. Their chicken soft tacos are my favorite—they're the best I've ever had!

I love this place so much, the owner really cares about his business and his customers. Every dish I eat here is prepared with love, he puts his heart safely in it. Food is excellent expensive and tasty you also get a lot of food, too much, had leftovers lol!!! View menu

My niece and I stumbled upon this restaurant after an appointment, and we were pleasantly surprised! We had a delicious lunch at a great price, complete with plenty of tasty food and excellent salsa and chips. We can’t wait to return and try more items from the menu!

Okay, the Chalupa warns what I expected. It was a flat crispy taco shell with taco filling above. It was good, just not what I expected. We had Burritos, Chalupa, Chimichonga, Maistaco and EVERYTHING was great!! We'll be back. I loved salsa especially and couldn't get enough. You have to put it in a larger bowl.

Twice now, including today, we have called after paying our takeout bill because we noticed we were charged incorrectly according to the prices listed on their website. I expected that after the first incident, they would correct the discrepancies, but it seems that hasn't happened. They refused to refund the overcharge and offered nothing in return. It's unfortunate, but because of this experience, we've decided to stop being regular customers. View menu

I took my friend to this restaurant to celebrate our one-year anniversary, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was excellent, with generous portions, and the service was top-notch. The drinks were wonderful too. I can’t recommend this Mexican restaurant enough! I loved it and can’t wait to return. I sampled her dinner sampler, and it was delicious. He really enjoyed everything that came with his meal. We got two large plates of Mexican cuisine for just $13! My girlfriend and I ordered two 42 oz Premium Margaritas, and they were huge and tasty! This place has definitely become my new favorite Mexican restaurant in Genesee County.

I had a very disappointing experience due to the poor customer service. It seemed like forgetting a part of my meal, specifically the tortillas, was treated as if it were no big deal. I mean, how am I supposed to put everything else in? The free chips that came with our two meals were essentially tossed at me, which was very disrespectful. We also ordered a medium queso, which includes chips, so those weren't free either. While the tortillas were only a dollar, that’s not the point—I shouldn't have to feel this way after spending around $100 per week between my parents, my boyfriend, and myself.
