"Service was terrible from the beginning. Called weeks before to tell them we had a group of 20-25 coming. Followed up the day of. When we got there on the day they acted like they didn 't want to talk to us. The hostess said they would try to seat us as soon as possible, but there would be a wait. Then said they don 't do reservations (a friend has a reserved party coming up). Then the party room was being repaired . The manager came out once and didn 't address us, only talked to the hostess in Spanish and told her to not to worry about us and seat the 9 party that just came in. We left."

Well first of all the chips we're ok, but the salsa was pathetic and zero favor. My steak asado was over cooked and no seasonings ,aka flat and bland. Not impressed at all !

Very busy and had to wait a bit to get seated but, there service was quick and the food was very good. Price was fair for the amount of food we ordered. Will definitely go back.

I gave an extra star because the service was really good. The food was okay. I'd give them another chance, but what I had wasn't the greatest. Also a few key Mexican items were missing from the menu. Overall, not a bad place. But maybe not my first choice. View menu

I love El Parral, and will return, but did have something happen today that I've never encountered before. Ordered two hard shell tacos. Ate first one,no problem. Second bite felt something odd. Pulled out of my mouth some kind of leaf, stem and all.So gross. Immediately lost my appetite.

The dining experience I had a few weeks ago was unsatisfactory. The food was overcooked and lacked the freshness it used to have. Additionally, the waiter was inattentive, failing to refill my drink or inquire about my satisfaction. Furthermore, several items I ordered were missing when served. The overall service was unwelcoming, leading me to reconsider my patronage of this restaurant.

We stopped here one our way back through on a trip up to VA. We were afraid we would have to wait after we saw all the cars in the parking lot but we got a table right away. It was very busy for right before the height of dinner time. The food was amazing. We think we might have found our new favorite. We live about 35 minutes away, but I think the drive will be worth it to go back and see if our 2nd time is just as great. View menu

The absolute BEST Mexican restaurant in all of Eden, Reidsville, Martinsville, Danville area!! We go here at least once a week! LOVE the staff!!! They are super friendly and they are completely awesome friendly! ALL staff is wonderful here! The food is always good and no matter how busy they are, what struggles they may have going on within the restaurant they still put YOU first and are always smiling and willing to serve you the best way possible! INCREDIBLE!!!!

First and last time eating here. Went in and the cups were leaking. He said I know they do that. Chips were old and stale and asked for fresh he said deep-fry was broken. Never came back to our table cause he was flirting with another server. I wentand told him we were leaving and he tried to charge us for drinks and cheese so we didn't eat cause chips were so nasty. Wetold him no and he rudely said fine just go. The one in Collinsville va is amazing but I do not recommend this location.
