The food is great! The chicken is always so golden and delicious! You can also have sides with your meal including rice, mashed potato, mac and cheese, beans and so much more! and don't forget the dips!

As of 8-10-22 they are temporarily closed. I drove across town because the app was not taking online orders and when I got there there was a sign on the door saying they would reopen soon. Call before you go, don't waste gas like I did. View menu

Almost everyone in line with me had a complaint about their order. A review that states that orders are not served properly and they are right. I ordered something small and 5 people got their food before I left to see my food on the side. Go somewhere else

Food was good but the line cook filling the orders was very slow. Plus they were not completely the orders in the order they were entered by the counter help. Had 4 people that came in after me, all separate orders they all got there orders before me.I only ordered 2 salads the other people ordered way more food than I did. The line cook needs more training or help to ensurethe customer orders are filled promptly.

Stopped by for a quick bite .. picked up some delicious chicken to go and stopped by their restroom. The restrooms are well kept, although they have some leak when u flush but overall it was clean. The location is also very well kept and it has a niceoutdoor patio to eat. Got a 4 piece combo with broccoli ????... so far it is the only thing my husband can have with his currenthealth condition but he loves it every time we go out and need something to eat. ???????????????? always so yummy and delicious????

I stopped by this restaurant for a quick meal and grabbed some delicious chicken to-go. I also used their restroom, which was well-maintained, although there was a slight leak when flushing. The overall cleanliness was good. The restaurant's location is also well-kept, and it has a lovely outdoor patio for dining. I ordered a 4-piece combo with broccoli, which is the only thing my husband can eat due to his health condition. However, he always loves it whenever we dine out. The food is always delicious and enjoyable.

This El Pollo Loco location is extremely slow and inefficient. It took 25 minutes from placing my order to receiving my food. Another customer mentioned his order had been sitting on the counter for more than 10 minutes, and the employee packing the orders responded rudely. While El Pollo Loco may offer slightly better quality than typical fast food, the wait time was unacceptable. You could see the frustration on the faces of all the customers waiting. If this is a franchise, the owner needs to make significant changes. If not, El Pollo Loco corporate should reevaluate their procedures. View menu
