"This is a straightforward Tex-Mex restaurant. I visited during the week for lunch when it wasn't too crowded. Upon entering, I was greeted and promptly seated at a table. They served chips and salsa, which were quite tasty. I opted for one of the lunch specials: a chicken enchilada with sour cream sauce and a beef enchilada with chili con carne, accompanied by rice. I found it odd that the lunch specials didn’t come with both rice and beans; it was either one or the other, which I didn't appreciate. The food was standard Tex-Mex—nothing extraordinary to rave about. I also ordered a steak quesadilla to go for my boyfriend, and he said it was pretty good. Overall, if you're downtown and craving Tex-Mex, it's worth stopping by to give this place a chance. However, it's not somewhere I would specifically seek out."

One of my coworkers picked up some food from this restaurant the other day. It's a great deal for the amount of food you get. However, I rated it a 3 because the chicken was really dry. I could tell there was flavor, but the dryness really took away from the overall experience.

I ordered takeout through Grubhub and thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I chose the shrimp enchiladas with rice and beans, and they were perfectly seasoned. The food arrived quickly and was still hot. Once the pandemic is over and I feel comfortable dining out again, I will definitely pay a visit.

If I could give this place no stars, I absolutely would. The food was revolting—it felt like I was dining at Taco Bell or at a friend's house who doesn’t know how to cook. It was that bad. I honestly don’t understand how this place is still open. This was my first and definitely my last visit.

This is a standard Tex-Mex restaurant with reasonable prices and the typical fare you'd expect. The highlights of my visit were the perfectly spicy salsa and the strong sangria swirl margarita—one was definitely enough! They close early at 9 PM since it's located in downtown, but it's a great option for city residents or anyone looking for a quick meal before heading home from work. View menu

YUM!! If you're looking for authentic, reasonably priced Mexican food, look no further. The salsa is amaaazing!!! We got the Plato de Maria Deluxe Dinner to share. We had plenty of leftovers. The ground beef here is delicious! The hard shell beef taco beef enchiladas were so tasty, in addition to the chicken sour cream cheese enchiladas. Definitely a hidden gem in the Dallas area! Close to the Omni hotel as well!

The food was very good and the service from a couple of gentlemen working (managers, I think) was outstanding!! They were friendly and made me feel welcome. I noticed another guy, a male server, who was very nice with his customers, as well. Overall, the food was decently priced, $14 for a Pacifico and a large combo plate, and the atmosphere was inviting and pleasant. I will be returning on my next trip to Dallas.

Since I've been working out of the Downtown Dallas area for a little bit now, I am trying to find some cool spots to pick up some lunch near the office. This was walking distance so why not give them a try. I didn't order anything any thing major, just some fajita nachos. Once I got them back to my desk, they were ok. I've have better, but these were ok. You really can't mess up a nacho for the most part. Will I come back, eh, who knows? View menu

I visited this restaurant after coming from LA for MDBP. While exploring, I discovered their Happy Hour for enchiladas, which runs from 11 AM to 7 PM every day. The service and beer were outstanding! They had a margarita deal that I couldn't resist. I recommend ordering it on the rocks since the bartender prepares it by hand, and she did not disappoint! It was delicious and absolutely delightful! I tried the Patron perfect margarita, and my bartender, Pam, was fantastic. Thank you, Pam and Enchiladas, for the amazing drinks and great prices!

Not bad for a middle of the week date night! I got the original enchiladas...the ones they say started the whole thingNot bad but not great! The Original doesn't have meat. I would ask for meat next time. The service was rough. I think they only had one waitress working and she seemed to have been there since the beginning. Real rough around the edges, witty and dry. we ordered a pitcher of the blue, it was good but the hubby makes them better. Should have gotten a glass to start. I live right around the corner. I will definitely give them another chance
