"Fazolis makes me want to run out in the middle of prospect and get hit by a car. The lady behind the counter was ridiculously rude for no reason! We ordered pizza breadsticks and chicken Alfredo. The breadsticks felt and tasted like eating a kitchensponge. The pizza had a thick layer of grease that absorbed all of the all of the Parmesan cheese. The fettuccine noodles werelike they just came out of the refrigerator! This place is absolutely awful! I will never step foot in this place again. Onlyreason this place gets one star is because the soda was halfway decent!"

This is your standard pyrazoli. Your bread sticks are the only reason to visit here, the wings and pizza and pasta options are only moderate. I will definitely return for the amazing breadsticks.

Billy was excellent. Courteous and attentive. My only concern was that though tasty, my lasagna portion was small. I don't think it was the restaurant's fault, as it fit the plate. I was envious of my table mate who ordered the chicken alfredo, as that serving was much larger

Fazoli's never fails to disappoint. I gave 3 stars because even though the food I got was not what I wanted, and it was several dollars more expensive, at least it was hot and fresh. BTW your employees knew there was a mistake and failed to refund the difference or correct the order. View menu

Had to go ask for my meal? ! employees were talking to each other so loudly that they were almost screaming. No one at all came by with extra breadsticks or even check on any of the customers . I live out of town and don’t get to Champaign very often but with this service I doubt that I eat there again.

Always used to go there until yesterday had the worst experience, ordered 4 pizzas and the attitude was horrible , the girl was really mad cuz I had such a large order and she had couple more cars on the driveway and only one the pizza was fully cooked theothers was undone basically white you can see the dough over 60$ orders wasted don?t go there.

Amazing staff! Super nice and attentive to our needs when dinning in. We had the fettuccine Alfredo and baked ziti!! Came out fast and hot. I live by the Chicago suburbs and we used to have fazoli's out by us, but not anymore. I make it a priority to stop here whenever we are in central Illinois. And I always get a Family Dinner to take back home. I will say the breadstick were super oily but I guess that's just how they make em' now. 4/5 View menu

Asked me to pull up to wait for food from drive through waited 30 minutes attempted to walk inside to ask about the status of my meal and the doors were locked 2 hours before they close. Waited outside the drive up window in the rain to ask where my food was that I paid for and they said they were going to get it ready. 10 more minutes pass and they finally brought my food to my car and part of the order was missing. INSANE. Terrible service.

Ordered take out tonight. Went to pick it up and the food was piping hot—which is usually a good sign. I ordered a fettuccine Alfredo w/grillled chicken, mushrooms, and broccoli. The bad: The Alfredo sauce was bland, the grilled chicken was spicy for some reason, and the buttery ‘garlic’ breadsticks were lacking just that. I ate it because I was hungry. The Good: The portions were huge, so my leftovers will be used to reseason it appropriately.
