"I couldn't find any signage for online order pickups. When I asked the lady at the front for assistance, she wasn't very helpful and cut me off while I was trying to speak. However, the guy with long hair was friendly and accommodating. I usually dine at the RR location, where the service is consistently excellent."

Delicious food and awesome service. I get the stir fry your way with 5 vegetables, brown rice, and fried tofu!

We ordered lunch on a Friday and the service was excellent! After finishing our meal, we placed an order online for takeout and it was prepared quickly. This location is top-notch!

I visited this restaurant for the first time with my mother and tried the kung pao chow fun noodles. They were not too bad for fast food style noodles, and were pretty good considering the price.

Exceptionally mid. And that’s not a bad thing. It’s like an Asian chipotle spot but slightly better. The coconut soup was fire though and for only $3 is the best deal I have seen in Austin. The rest of the food is average to below average. But fast and convenient View menu

Food was a bit overpriced and I'm not sure why everything was being given to me in to-go containers when the folks next to me got real bowls. Overall just ok. Avoid the crab rangoon- it does seem like real crab but it's basically a thin layer of spread and underwhelming.

Compared to the Round Rock location, I personally find this one to be better because they don't use paper bowls, which makes the food look more appetizing. The taste of the food is decent. It's a great place for a quick meal. The staff is friendly, and the dining area is clean.

"I literally just made a review but I’m going to make another one because for whatever reason someone or somehow it got deleted. I used to be a regular at Bouldin and the service was always amazing but my last two visits have been by far horrible. The service has been so poor that I felt disgusted when leaving the restaurant. There are two girls that work there with light brown hair and blue eyes. Pretty sure one of their names is Rego. My boyfriend and I were served by her before and she seemed nothing but annoyed and couldn’t care less if we were in her section. Barley even interacted with us or asked how our meal was and just seemed disgusted by us, just being rude passive aggressive for no reason at all. I’m a server and I KNOW this isn’t how you treat your guests and the same thing happened tonight. She just seemed like she couldn’t care less if we were there and just seemed annoyed? I don’t mind paying the gratuity if I’m being treated decently but that wasn’t the case and I feel as though they feel like they think they can get away with behaving like mean girls just because there’s a gratuity. I have friends that dine here as well and they have had the same experience. I’m not one to write reviews but I feel this needs to come across a managers attention so they know who they are hiring and how they are treating customers. Really disgusted and disappointing and if this gets deleted again I’ll write another review or just call the store to speak to a manager. Disgusted by their behavior."
