"We originally went to take advantage of the three for $34 deal. We were unaware that all the food came on one plate. The marketing was confusing as we thought we were ordering individually. The taste of the food was decent, but the service from our waitress was lacking. She mentioned her mind wasn't there, and it was evident they were understaffed. She brought bread without informing us, and when we asked for plates, they never arrived. We ended up eating the bread off the bread plate. They also brought drinks without straws. When it was time to place our orders, our waitress was unaware of the deal we were there for and had to ask us twice after we had already ordered. My companion's steak was not cooked to his liking (medium well) as he was not asked how he wanted it prepared. We frequent this restaurant at least twice a month, and this was not the experience we were expecting."

Our server was very nice, but not very skilled. The bar couldnât get its act together. Drinks came late. Our appetizer was delivered after our entrees were on the table. My steak was chewy and full of gristle. Very disappointing experience.

The service at this restaurant was outstanding, especially Josh who provided excellent service. He even remembered me from my last visit, which was 5 months ago. However, the food took longer to arrive than expected and I was disappointed with the Chilean Sea Bass. I had ordered it before and it was delicious, but this time it was just okay and the presentation was not up to par. The fish was flat and swimming in oil, which affected the taste. The vegetable pilaf was enjoyable, but some of the asparagus spears were overcooked. On a positive note, Josh surprised us with a delicious complimentary dessert for our anniversary, showing once again his exceptional service.
