This was not a hit at all, we will not be back, The drinks were watered down the D.j was playing the music he liked.The good is mediocre at its best and it's just not the place to go to if you're looking to have a ounce of fun.The 1 star is for customer service, our server was pleasant and she had a beautiful smile. just because my eating was hot, I have a 1 star. the lemon-pepper wing was too salty. barbecue after my daughter was okay. my pizza was just in order, not good enough to come back. oh, and the French fries have free burn. they have already done good again, not in the customs declarations. I'll get it all up. small setting of restaurant not combined.

The dining experience was awful. They were unwilling to fix my meal when I asked. I requested a different dish because the one I had was tough and tasted old, but they refused to serve something fresh. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, not even to feed an animal. This was the worst experience I've had since moving into the neighborhood.

Fletchers..... just does not provide the same quality in food or anything. I would drive miles to support this business but my last two visits were such a disappointment. Obviously there's been an extreme change in cooks and whoever prepares the sweet tea... PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER because this is one of my favorite places and I'd like to keep it that way! View menu

our waitress was good and polite. the other waitresses let them run around, who had taken away from their service, but she was the only thing that was good at our visit. Eating was 1 star. update: 3/01/2022 I tried it again, but this time out. on Sunday they were out of wings, so I waited for today, my order placed over the phone and waited 25 minutes to give only to them time. arrived and no one could find my order that was placed. the device might need a redo in the personal, but the blue cheese is what made me come back. not sure to go here or eat

This was my new favorite spot to eat!!!!! OMG!!!!!!! The smothered porkchop blessed my entire life. The servers, including the owners were so nice and kind. And they make some Slap Yo Momma good sweet tea!!!! Then I fooled around and came back and ALLLLLLL of that had changed. I called all day after waiting 4-5 weeks for the smothered pork chops again, and was 10-15 mins out and get there they behinds out. I waited 15 mins before someone even took my order. I still ended up having to order something I didn't want. The waiter was horrible. Everything was horrible. The tea was sour! I don't know if I'll ever be back.

it would really be in fletcher's best interest to set their to-go option (at least on this location). at my last places that try to go to eat, I had to wait for an hour for my order. Recently I have placed a to-go order online, an hour after the placement arrived (my original estimated time was postponed) at the arrival were either too busy or could not be harassed to help because it took 15 minutes to even be recognized. my order was finally sent to the kitchen and added 20 minutes to my waiting period. eating is good here, so the 1 star, but the staff is not careful, worried or coordinated enough to dull in and go to vacancies.
