"John Kareem is AMAZING... from the moment I walked in he was helpful with my order. I expressed to him about my disappointment in my food the last time I was there and my disappointment with my last pick up order from the Brookhaven . He went ABOVE and beyond to not only make sure my shrimp and grits was perfect he was very catering although he was busy. The staff that was there today made sure I was taken care off. I was asked several times by several young ladies had I been taken care of which was GREATLY appreciated. Terminus you now have a new faithful customer. My biscuit was fresh with sugar and my portion size was perfect.... John Kareem...thank you for giving me great customer service"

The atmosphere was very bright and interesting and the service was amazing! I love the range of food options and mainly the healthy meals to choose from. The 3B sandwich was great and the pimento and cheese was very spicy, but great.

I have been to sevreal flying biscuit restaurants but this one at terminus is my favorite. ALWAYS great food and great service. Server Jasmine R. was attentive, patient, friendly and with fast service; with a packed restaurant. We will definitely return.
