"This was the worst experience at a restaurant of this type I have ever experienced!! After we were seated no one waited on us for about 15 minutes. When someone did finally come up to us, he was very unpleasant. After he took our order, it took a bit of time for him to get us our drinks. My wife ordered Iced tea for which no sugar was ever delivered. I had ordered an Old Fashion and a Martini was delivered. When we told the person who delivered it that it was not what I had ordered, he looked like he did not know what to do but did take it away. It was another 20 minutes before I received the correct drink. The individual who cut served our steak was not friendly either. Our steak was ordered Medium. Unfortunately, it was delivered well done. No one ever came back to our table to check to see how everything was until after we were done with dinner. Though I understand it's hard to find help these days, this in my opinion is not acceptable. It seemed very chaotic and unorganized. This is especially true for the amount of money this place charges to dine. Unfortunately, due to this experience, we will most likely will never dine here again!!"

This is a fantastic spot for lunch! Even without the table-side meat service, the market table offers a wide selection, is plentiful, and provides great value. The atmosphere is relaxed, and they take their time with you.

It was our first there but I must say it was FANTASTIC !! All the meats were hot, delicious and they kept them coming! Plus they brought out other items also. The service was SUPER...they kept up with everything and you never had to ask for a single thing!! Fogo de Chao is definitely a recommended place to try.

This was so disappointing. We were basically forgotten. We had a reservation but weren’t sat, then they didn’t tell a server we were sat so we didn’t have one. Then the gauchos didn’t come over to us we literally had 4 stop by in almost 3 hrs. It took 30 minutes and stopping 3 ppl for water. The saddest part, the 4 items we had were delicious. We asked for a manager and no one came. I’m not sure why… I’d heard such good things, so disappointed. View menu

WOW! What a fantastic experience. My family had never been to a Brazilian Steakhouse so we can’t compare Fogo de Chão to others, but the overall dining experience was excellent! The food was hot, cooked perfectly, and kept coming at us from all angles! The Market Bar was delicious salads, cheese, and Italian meats. My 14 yr old never eats steak and she ate several servings (small pieces). We stayed at the Embassy/Hilton next door. I am so glad we chose Fogo de Chão!

We chose this restaurant because it was conveniently located near our hotel. It looked stunning both outside and inside. We were expecting an experience similar to Texas de Brazil, as we enjoy Brazilian cuisine, but we found that this place offered much higher quality than other Brazilian restaurants we've visited in the past. The meat was superior, and the side dishes were also exceptional. Our only regret is that there isn't a location in our hometown. The quality of the food definitely justifies the price.
